{"id":2934,"date":"2012-11-20T15:47:41","date_gmt":"2012-11-20T13:47:41","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/infois.ro\/?p=2934"},"modified":"2012-11-20T15:47:41","modified_gmt":"2012-11-20T13:47:41","slug":"in-judetul-iasi-sunt-inregistrati-oficial-161-196-de-salariati","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/infois.ro\/?p=2934","title":{"rendered":"\u00cen jude\u021bul Ia\u0219i sunt \u00eenregistra\u021bi oficial 161.196 de salaria\u021bi"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a class=\"highslide\" onclick=\"return vz.expand(this)\" href=\"http:\/\/infois.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/11\/salariati-Iasi.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-large wp-image-2935\" title=\"salariati Iasi\" src=\"http:\/\/infois.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/cache\/2012\/11\/salariati-Iasi\/372451479.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" \/><\/a>Conform datelor con\u0163inute de Registrul general de eviden\u0163\u0103 a salaria\u0163ilor, \u00een prezent, \u00een jude\u0163ul Ia\u015fi \u00ee\u0219i desf\u0103\u0219oar\u0103 oficial activitatea 14.367 angajatori, cu un num\u0103r de 161.196 salaria\u0163i, \u00eencadra\u0163i \u00een baza unor contracte individuale de munc\u0103. \u00cen scopul combaterii muncii f\u0103r\u0103 forme legale, \u00een anul 2012, Inspectoratul Teritorial de Munc\u0103 (ITM) Ia\u015fi a efectuat 2.402 ac\u0163iuni de control focalizate pe problematica depist\u0103rii \u015fi sanc\u0163ion\u0103rii muncii nedeclarate, obiectiv al Planului na\u0163ional de punere \u00een aplicare a Strategiei na\u0163ionale privind reducerea inciden\u0163ei muncii nedeclarate pentru perioada 2010-2012 aprobat prin H.G. nr. 1024\/2010. \u201dInstitu\u0163ia noastr\u0103 a desf\u0103\u015furat ac\u0163iuni de control la solicitarea Institu\u0163iei Prefectului \u015fi a altor autorit\u0103\u0163i, derulate \u00een colaborare cu Inspectoratul Jude\u0163ean de Jandarmi Ia\u015fi, Inspectoratul Jude\u0163ean de Poli\u0163ie Ia\u015fi, Serviciul pentru Imigr\u0103ri Ia\u015fi \u015fi Garda Financiar\u0103 Ia\u015fi\u201d, a declarat George Albulescu, directorul executiv al ITM Ia\u0219i. Potrivit acestuia, o parte din ac\u0163iunile de control au fost realizate \u00een cadrul unor campanii na\u0163ionale ini\u0163iate de Inspec\u0163ia Muncii, \u00een urm\u0103toarele domenii: fabricarea produselor de brut\u0103rie &#8211; panifica\u0163ie, confec\u0163ii-textile, piel\u0103rie \u015fi \u00eenc\u0103l\u0163\u0103minte, construc\u0163ii, alimenta\u0163ie public\u0103, protec\u0163ie \u015fi paz\u0103, comer\u0163 \u015fi silvicultur\u0103. \u201dPentru nerespectarea prevederilor legale, privind obliga\u0163ia de a primi la munc\u0103 numai persoane pentru care au fost \u00eencheiate \u00een prealabil contracte individuale de munc\u0103, \u00een anul 2012 au fost aplicate un num\u0103r de 204 sanc\u0163iuni contraven\u0163ionale, valoarea totala a amenzilor aplicate fiind \u00een sum\u0103 de 3.574.000 lei \u015fi au fost sesizate organelor de urm\u0103rire penal\u0103 7 infrac\u0163iuni pentru primirea la munc\u0103 a mai mult de cinci persoane f\u0103r\u0103 contracte individuale de munc\u0103. Au fost depistate f\u0103r\u0103 forme legale de angajare 418 persoane. Preciz\u0103m c\u0103 pentru persoanele fizice depistate la munc\u0103 f\u0103r\u0103 forme legale, s-au aplicat sanc\u0163iuni contraven\u0163ionale,\u00a0 dintre care patru cu amend\u0103\u201d, a precizat directorul executiv al ITM Ia\u0219i.\u00a0 Legea nr. 40\/2011, a adus cele mai importante \u015fi consistente modific\u0103ri ale Legii nr. 53\/2003 &#8211; Codul muncii, de la adoptarea sa \u00een anul 2003. Printre nout\u0103\u0163ile aduse de noua reglementare, se num\u0103r\u0103 \u015fi \u00een\u0103sprirea regimului sanc\u0163ionator al muncii f\u0103r\u0103 forme legale. A fost majorat cuantumului amenzilor contraven\u0163ionale (de la 3.000-4.000 lei pentru fiecare persoan\u0103 depistat\u0103 la 10.000-20.000 lei), a fost introdus\u0103 r\u0103spunderea penal\u0103 a angajatorului care prime\u015fte la munc\u0103 mai mult de 5 persoane f\u0103r\u0103 forme legale de angajare, precum \u015fi r\u0103spunderea contraven\u0163ional\u0103 a salariatului care accept\u0103 s\u0103 lucreze f\u0103r\u0103 forme legale. \u00cen cadrul Strategiei na\u0163ionale privind reducerea inciden\u0163ei muncii nedeclarate pentru perioada 2010-2012, s-au efectuat campanii de control s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2nale de identificare a muncii f\u0103r\u0103 forme legale, \u00een domeniile de activitate cu inciden\u0163\u0103 mai mare a acestui fenomen. Acestea au vizat activit\u0103\u0163i din domeniile: construc\u0163ii, comer\u0163, jocuri de noroc, alimenta\u0163ie public\u0103 \u015fi angajatori din mediul rural. Un aspect important al finalit\u0103\u0163ii activit\u0103\u0163ilor de inspec\u0163ie privind munca f\u0103r\u0103 forme legale, este relevat de solu\u0163iile organelor de urm\u0103rire penal\u0103, la sesiz\u0103rile Inspectoratului Teritorial de Munc\u0103 Ia\u015fi. Experien\u0163a institu\u0163iei noastre arat\u0103 c\u0103 majoritatea solu\u0163iilor sunt de ne\u00eencepere a urm\u0103ririi penale sau de aplicare a unor sanc\u0163iuni administrative.
