Certificarea\u00a0<b>LEED\u00ae<\/b><b>\u00a0for Neighbourhood Development (ND)<\/b>, a\u00a0<b>US Green Building Council (USGBC)<\/b>, reprezint\u0103 recunoa\u0219terea dezvolt\u0103rilor cu impact \u00een comunitate, sustenabile, g\u00e2ndite s\u0103 aib\u0103 un grad mai mare de conectare \u0219i integrare \u00een peisajul urban, iar\u00a0<b>Palas Ia\u0219i se num\u0103r\u0103 printre cele doar cinci proiecte de pe continent care au primit aceast\u0103 certificare.<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"yiv5883827886MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dezvoltarea Palas Ia\u0219i a fost urm\u0103rit\u0103 \u00eendeaproape \u00een cei\u00a0<b>\u0219apte ani de implementare a procesului de certificare<\/b>, fiind aplicate strategii de sustenabilitate aliniate cerin\u021belor riguroase ale standardului\u00a0<b>LEED\u00ae<\/b><b>\u00a0ND<\/b>, care vizeaz\u0103 proiectarea \u0219i construirea ansamblului compus din 12 corpuri de cl\u0103diri.\u00a0Beneficiile asupra comunit\u0103\u021bii, accesul la facilit\u0103\u021bile de recreere, loca\u021bia, sus\u021binerea mobilit\u0103\u021bii (dependen\u021b\u0103 redus\u0103 de ma\u0219in\u0103) sunt doar c\u00e2teva dintre criteriile pentru care Palas Ia\u0219i a primit punctaj maxim \u0219i care au condus la ob\u021binerea certific\u0103rii LEED\u00ae Neighborhood Development Silver.<\/p>\n<p class=\"yiv5883827886MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b><i>\u201eLa 8 ani de la inaugurare, Palas continu\u0103 s\u0103 reprezinte un reper \u00een real estate-ul rom\u00e2nesc. Este parte integrat\u0103 din via\u021ba Ia\u0219ului \u0219i o destina\u021bie cu impact la nivel regional. Ne bucur\u0103 s\u0103 primim acest statut de proiect verde, o raritate la nivel european, care valideaz\u0103 viziunea sustenabil\u0103 a investi\u021biilor noastre \u0219i confirm\u0103 faptul c\u0103 proiectul pe care ni l-am imaginat pe h\u00e2rtie acum aproape 10 ani este a\u0219a cum ne-am dorit: benefic comunit\u0103\u021bii, apreciat de publicul larg \u0219i ancorat perfect \u00een via\u021ba ora\u0219ului. La nivel global, cl\u0103dirile Palas Ia\u0219i demonstreaz\u0103 o \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021bire cu peste 20% a eficien\u021bei energetice, precum \u0219i o reducere cu peste 40% a consumului anual de ap\u0103 fa\u021b\u0103 de cl\u0103diri similare.
