{"id":72173,"date":"2023-07-04T16:39:26","date_gmt":"2023-07-04T13:39:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/infois.ro\/?p=72173"},"modified":"2023-07-05T06:42:14","modified_gmt":"2023-07-05T03:42:14","slug":"de-ce-se-intarzie-a8","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/infois.ro\/?p=72173","title":{"rendered":"De ce se \u00eent\u00e2rzie A8?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-63001 alignleft\" src=\"http:\/\/infois.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/autostrada-a8-trei-300x188.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"386\" height=\"242\" srcset=\"http:\/\/infois.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/autostrada-a8-trei-300x188.jpg 300w, http:\/\/infois.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/autostrada-a8-trei.jpg 640w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 386px) 100vw, 386px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dup\u0103 un sfert de secol de munc\u0103, ac\u021biuni \u0219i\u00a0 eforturi depuse de organiza\u021biile civice, de parlamentari \u0219i mediul politico-administrativ local, de comunitatea oamenilor de afaceri, de mediul academic \u0219i universitar, constat\u0103m c\u0103 Autostrada A8 este tot la stadiul de promisiune, av\u00e2nd \u00eent\u00e2rzieri mari \u00een desf\u0103\u0219urarea procedurilor necesare pentru \u00eenceperea execu\u021biei lucr\u0103rilor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Lipsa de voin\u021b\u0103 \u0219i de decizie pentru implementarea acestui proiect este evident\u0103 \u00een ultimii ani \u00een compara\u021bie cu alte proiecte vitale pentru dezvoltarea echilibrata a Rom\u00e2niei.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nu putem dec\u00e2t s\u0103 \u00eei felicit\u0103m pe cei care au reu\u0219it s\u0103 finalizeze Aeroportul Bra\u0219ov sau Podul de la Br\u0103ila, pe cei care au\u00a0 promovat proiecte precum Metroul Cluj-Napoca sau Drumul Expres Oradea-Arad, s\u0103 apreciem amploarea \u0219i rapiditatea lucr\u0103rilor din Portul Constan\u021ba, progresul consistent al Drumului Expres Craiova-Pite\u0219ti sau Gala\u021bi-A2, pe cei care au lansat \u00een timp record licita\u021biile \u0219oselelor ocolitoare ale municipiilor Timi\u0219oara sau Cluj-Napoca.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Proiectul Centurii ocolitoare Cluj-Napoca la categoria de drum expres este un exemplu de viziune, profesionalism, eficacitate \u0219i care pe o distan\u021b\u0103 de 42 km are 20 noduri de leg\u0103tur\u0103, 26 km bretele de racordare, 34 km de drumuri de leg\u0103tur\u0103 \u0219i circa 2 km de tunele, la un cost estimativ de 1 miliard euro.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00cen antitez\u0103, proiectul actual al segmentului A8 Mo\u021bca-Ungheni are 93 km, din care por\u021biunea de la km 59 la km 91 reprezint\u0103 \u0219i centura ocolitoare nord a municipiului Ia\u0219i, este estimat la sub 1 miliard euro \u0219i &#8211; pe \u00eentreaga distan\u021b\u0103 &#8211; are prev\u0103zute numai 8-9 noduri de leg\u0103tur\u0103 dintre care:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; 2 noduri la\u00a0 Mo\u021bca-Pa\u0219cani + 1 nod pe A7,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; 1 nod la T\u00e2rgu Frumos,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; 1 nod la Podu Iloaiei,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; 1 nod la Dume\u0219ti-Le\u021bcani,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; 1 nod la Rediu-Horle\u0219ti,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; 1 nod la Vulturi-Sculeni,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; 1 nod la Gol\u0103ie\u0219ti.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Este revolt\u0103tor \u0219i de ne\u00een\u021beles ca, dup\u0103 25 de ani de tergivers\u0103ri, s\u0103 se prezinte un proiect de autostrad\u0103 \u00een care PRACTIC s\u0103 nu existe IA\u0218I, Ruginoasa, Valea Lupului, Popricani, s\u0103 fie mai u\u0219or de ajuns de pe autostrad\u0103 la Sculeni dec\u00e2t \u00een Ia\u0219i, s\u0103 nu existe o racordare direct\u0103 la traversarea DN 24C care s\u0103 permit\u0103 accesul pe A8 a zonei Popricani &#8211; Vl\u0103deni &#8211; Trife\u0219ti &#8211;\u00a0 Bivolari &#8211; \u0218ipote plus sud-estul jude\u021bului Boto\u0219ani, s\u0103 nu existe o leg\u0103tur\u0103 direct\u0103 cu Valea Lupului, s\u0103 nu existe un nod de leg\u0103tur\u0103 amplasat direct pe cel mai aglomerat \u0219i \u201ducig\u0103tor\u201d Drum European E583 \u0219i, culmea absurdului, s\u0103 nu existe o leg\u0103tur\u0103 direct\u0103 \u0219i rapid\u0103 cu un aeroport interna\u021bional de peste 1,5 milioane pasageri!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Se poate explica ra\u021bional \u0219i rezonabil cum 42 km de Drum Expres in jude\u021bul Cluj pot costa c\u00e2t 93 km de Autostrad\u0103 \u00een jude\u021bul Ia\u0219i?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Poate\u00a0 cineva s\u0103 dea o justificare onest\u0103 \u0219i sustenabil\u0103 de ce la Cluj-Napoca (cca. 300 de mii locuitori) pe o \u0219osea ocolitoare se pot crea 20 (dou\u0103zeci) noduri de leg\u0103tur\u0103, iar la Ia\u0219i (tot circa 300 de mii de locuitori), pe acela\u0219i tip de \u0219osea ocolitoare \u0219i pe distan\u021b\u0103 relativ similar\u0103, sunt \u201dsuficiente \u0219i justificate economic\u201d doar 3\u00a0 (trei)?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Av\u00e2nd in vedere cele de mai sus, facem un apel ferm \u0219i responsabil la to\u021bi cei ce r\u0103spund de proiectarea, avizarea \u0219i aprobarea acestei investi\u021bii capitale s\u0103 m\u0103reasc\u0103 num\u0103rul nodurilor \u0219i drumurilor de leg\u0103tur\u0103!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Astfel, pentru ca traseul A8 s\u0103 fie util \u0219i eficace, propunem:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; nod \u0219i drum de leg\u0103tur\u0103 cu Ruginoasa, localitate de cea mai mare importan\u021b\u0103 istorico-turistic\u0103.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; la nodul proiectat la Dume\u0219ti-Le\u021bcani, execu\u021bia unei bretele de leg\u0103tur\u0103 \u0219i cu E583.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; nod de leg\u0103tura \u00een zona DJ 248B \u0219i execu\u021bia unui drum de leg\u0103tura cu Valea Lupului.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; bretea la traversarea DN 24C, \u00een zona Popricani.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; drum de leg\u0103tura din cap\u0103t Copou (La Castel), pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 p\u0103durea Breazu, p\u00e2n\u0103 la sensul giratoriu Vulturi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; men\u021binerea drumului de leg\u0103tur\u0103 pentru Aeroportul Interna\u021bional Ia\u0219i.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sus\u021binem f\u0103r\u0103 rezerve \u0219i ini\u021biativa de extindere la 4 benzi \u00een profil de drum na\u021bional a \u0219oselei de la sensul giratoriu Vulturi p\u00e2n\u0103 la str. C.A. Rosetti \u0219i ramifica\u021bia acesteia c\u0103tre viitorul Spital Regional de Urgen\u021b\u0103 \u0219i Aeroport.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Facem men\u021biunea c\u0103 de la Ia\u0219i &#8211; \u00een spiritul altruismului istoric al acestui ora\u0219 &#8211; a plecat propunerea ca Autostrada Tg. Mure\u0219 &#8211; Ia\u0219i s\u0103 se modifice \u00een Tg.
