Aceast\u0103 ini\u021biativ\u0103 urm\u0103re\u0219te s\u0103 r\u0103spund\u0103 preocup\u0103rilor \u00eentregii societ\u0103\u021bi referitoare la impactul pe care \u00eel are alimenta\u021bia supra s\u0103n\u0103t\u0103\u021bii \u0219i bun\u0103st\u0103rii individuale.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bolile netransmisibile sunt boli cronice, rezultatul unei combina\u021bii de factori genetici, fiziologici, de mediu, dar \u0219i comportamentali. Alimenta\u021bia nes\u0103n\u0103toas\u0103 \u0219i lipsa activit\u0103\u021bii fizice sunt factori de risc importan\u021bi pentru apari\u021bia hipertensiunii arteriale, a hiperglicemiei, a dislipidemiilor, a obezit\u0103\u021bii, care sunt, la r\u00e2ndul lor, factori de risc pentru apari\u021bia principalelor boli netransmisibile precum: bolile cardiovasculare (de ex. infarctul miocardic acut, accidentul vascular cerebral), cancerele \u0219i diabetul zaharat.<br \/>\n\u00cen Rom\u00e2nia, num\u0103rul cazurilor noi de obezitate diagnosticat\u0103, \u00eenregistrate \u00een anul 2020 la copii 0\u201019 ani, este de 6731 cu rata inciden\u021bei de 165,4%000 loc., ceea ce reprezint\u0103 18,9% din totalul cazurilor pe \u021bar\u0103.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Adolescen\u021bii au nevoie de to\u021bi nutrien\u021bii pentru o cre\u0219tere \u0219i dezvoltare normal\u0103, c\u00e2t \u0219i pentru desf\u0103\u0219urarea activit\u0103\u021bilor zilnice: \u00eenv\u0103\u021bat, activitate fizic\u0103, joac\u0103. \u201eFarfuria s\u0103n\u0103toas\u0103\u201d trebuie s\u0103 con\u021bin\u0103: jum\u0103tate de farfurie: fructe \u0219i legume, un sfert de farfurie: carne, pe\u0219te, ou\u0103, br\u00e2nz\u0103, leguminoase (maz\u0103re, fasole, linte etc.), un sfert de farfurie cereale \u0219i paste integrale, cartofi. Consumul alimentelor s\u0103rate, grase \u0219i zaharoase, al alimentelor cu con\u021binut sc\u0103zut de fibre sau con\u021binut ridicat de zah\u0103r ar trebui limitat.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em><strong>Recomand\u0103ri pentru men\u021binerea unei alimenta\u021bii echilibrate:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; gr\u0103simi saturate sub 10% din aportul energetic, restul \u00eenlocuite cu gr\u0103simi polinesaturate;<br \/>\n&#8211; gr\u0103simi trans \u2013 c\u00e2t mai reduse, preferabil deloc din alimentele procesate \u0219i mai pu\u021bin de 1% din aportul energetic pentru cele naturale;<br \/>\n&#8211; maximum 5 g de sare\/zi;<br \/>\n&#8211; 30 \u2013 45 g fibre\/zi, din cereale integrale, fructe \u0219i legume;<br \/>\n&#8211; 200 g fructe\/zi (2 \u2013 3 por\u021bii-standard);<br \/>\n&#8211; 200 g legume\/zi (2 \u2013 3 por\u021bii-standard);<br \/>\n&#8211; pe\u0219te cel pu\u021bin de 2 ori\/s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2n\u0103, din care o dat\u0103 pe\u0219te gras;<br \/>\nP\u0103rin\u021bii au un rol important \u00een stabilirea, men\u021binerea \u0219i \u00eencurajarea unor obiceiuri alimentare ale copiilor, care s\u0103 previn\u0103 apari\u021bia unor boli cronice mai t\u00e2rziu, la v\u00e2rsta adult\u0103, precum: adoptarea unui program regulat al meselor, controlul con\u0219tient al por\u021biilor alimentare consumate, reducerea consumului de alimente procesate, concentrarea pe alimentele consumate \u0219i luarea mesei \u00een familie, prepararea alimentelor \u00een cas\u0103 utiliz\u00e2nd metode de g\u0103tit mai s\u0103n\u0103toase precum \u0219i \u00eencurajarea practic\u0103rii de activit\u0103\u021bi fizice \u00eempreun\u0103.<br \/>\nPentru men\u021binerea unei nutri\u021bii corespunz\u0103toare a copiilor, comunitatea are un rol deosebit de important, mai ales \u00een ceea ce prive\u0219te cre\u0219terea accesului la alimente s\u0103n\u0103toase: puncte de v\u00e2nzare legume \u0219i fructe proaspete ale produc\u0103torilor locali, sprijinirea produc\u0103torilor locali s\u0103 \u00ee\u0219i v\u00e2nd\u0103 produsele \u00een comunitate, ini\u021biative de sprijin social cu alimente proaspete pentru familiile nevoia\u0219e. Implicarea tinerilor \u00een organizarea de activit\u0103\u021bi care \u00eencurajeaz\u0103 alimenta\u021bia s\u0103n\u0103toas\u0103 \u0219i activitatea fizic\u0103 \u0219i limitarea marketingului produselor alimentare nes\u0103n\u0103toase, \u00een special cel adresat copiilor are de asemenea impact pozitiv asupra alegerilor alimentare ale acestora.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Organiza\u021bia Mondial\u0103 a S\u0103n\u0103t\u0103\u021bii a f\u0103cut progrese substan\u021biale \u00een ceea ce prive\u0219te dezvoltarea de ghiduri de promovare a alimenta\u021biei s\u0103n\u0103toase pentru copii \u0219i adul\u021bi pe baza celor mai noi dovezi \u0219tiin\u021bifice. Astfel, au fost elaborate ghiduri privind consumul de gr\u0103simi totale, saturate \u0219i trans-fat \u0219i carbohidra\u021bi \u00een vederea reducerii riscului de supraponderalitate \u0219i obezitate, precum \u0219i de apari\u021bie a unor boli netransmisibile cronice.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Institutul Na\u021bional de S\u0103n\u0103tate Public\u0103 a actualizat Ghidul de preven\u021bie pentru medicul de familie \u2013 Interven\u021bii preventive integrate adresate stilului de via\u021b\u0103. Alimenta\u021bia.
