Evelina Moraru, \u00een cadrul proiectului \u201c\u00cen s\u0103n\u0103tatea ta\u201d, derulat de echipa de la \u201dVia Naturalia\u201d. \u00cent\u00e2lnirea va avea loc joi, 26 februarie, \u00eencep\u00e2nd cu ora 18.00, la sediul \u201dVia Naturalia\u201d, \u015fi se adreseaz\u0103 at\u00e2t p\u0103rin\u0163ilor care au copii cu intoleran\u0163\u0103 la guten, c\u00e2t \u015fi adul\u0163ilor care au astfel de probleme. Intoleran\u0163a la gluten este una dintre intoleran\u0163ele autoimune foarte r\u0103sp\u00e2ndite \u015fi care afecteaz\u0103 un segment destul de mare de popula\u0163ie. Este determinat\u0103 de hipereactivitatea unor componente ale sistemului imunitar, \u015fi apare \u00een urma consumului de alimente glutenice, precum\u00a0 gr\u00e2ul, orzul, secara sau ov\u0103zul, care declan\u015feaz\u0103 diferite reac\u021bii imune, ce cauzeaz\u0103 leziuni intestinale. Aceste leziuni ale intestinului sub\u0163ire determin\u0103 tulbur\u0103ri de digestie \u015fi de absorb\u0163ie. Simptomele difer\u0103 de la caz la caz, de la cele u\u015foare care trec deseori neobservate, la complica\u0163ii severe care au un impact negativ asupra vie\u0163ii de zi cu zi. La sugari, spre exemplu, c\u00e2nd \u00eencep s\u0103 fie hr\u0103ni\u0163i cu alimente care con\u0163in gluten, se manifest\u0103 prin crampe, diaree. Persoanele suferinde trebuie s\u0103 \u00eenlocuiasc\u0103 cerealele glutenice cu cele aglutenice cum ar fi orezul, quinoa, hri\u015fca. \u00a0\u201cNe-am dorit mult s\u0103 oferim un cadru de discu\u0163ie dat\u0103 fiind gravitatea acestei probleme \u015fi am inclus \u00eent\u00e2lnirea \u00een proiectul \u00ab\u00cen s\u0103n\u0103tatea ta\u00bb. A\u015ftept\u0103m al\u0103turi de noi toate persoane care au nevoie de mai multe informa\u0163ii \u015fi de sprijin\u201d, a explicat Irina Dolh\u0103scu, ini\u0163iatorul proiectului. Invitatul special al \u00eent\u00e2lnirii va fi prof. univ. dr Evelina Moraru, \u015feful Clinicii Pediatrie II din cadrul Spitalului \u201eSf\u00e2nta Maria\u201d Ia\u015fi, medic primar pediatru \u015fi imunologie-alergologie, specialist \u00een gastroenterologie. \u00cen Rom\u00e2nia, intoleran\u0163a la gluten afecteaz\u0103 \u00eentre 3 \u015fi 10% din popula\u0163ie \u015fi este subdiagnosticat\u0103. O prognoz\u0103 a OMS pentru Europa arat\u0103 c\u0103 p\u00e2n\u0103 \u00een anul 2040 aproape jum\u0103tate din popula\u0163ia Europei va suferi de o form\u0103 oarecare de alergie, de intoleran\u0163e la alimente fiindc\u0103 hrana s-a modificat drastic \u00eentr-un timp foarte scurt.
