{"id":20538,"date":"2015-11-11T18:40:26","date_gmt":"2015-11-11T16:40:26","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/infois.ro\/?p=20538"},"modified":"2015-11-11T18:40:26","modified_gmt":"2015-11-11T16:40:26","slug":"a-fost-publicat-sr-en-iso-90012015-sisteme-de-management-al-calitatii","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/infois.ro\/?p=20538","title":{"rendered":"A fost publicat SR EN ISO 9001:2015, Sisteme de management al calit\u0103\u0163ii"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/infois.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/iso-9001.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft  wp-image-20539\" src=\"http:\/\/infois.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/iso-9001.jpg\" alt=\"iso 9001\" width=\"329\" height=\"298\" srcset=\"https:\/\/infois.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/iso-9001.jpg 640w, https:\/\/infois.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/iso-9001-300x271.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 329px) 100vw, 329px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Standardul ISO 9001:2015, standard de referin\u0163\u0103 pentru sistemul de management al calit\u0103\u0163ii, a fost adoptat ca standard rom\u00e2n SR EN ISO 9001.<br \/>\nRevizuirea standardului a avut \u00een vedere:<br \/>\n&#8211; Adaptarea standardul la cerin\u0163ele Directivelor ISO\/IEC (Anexa XL) \u00een ceea ce prive\u015fte structura, termenii \u015fi defini\u0163iile de baz\u0103;ISO 9001 oferta actualizata<br \/>\n&#8211; Men\u0163inerea relevan\u0163ei standardului prin adaptarea lui la schimb\u0103rile economice din \u00eentreaga lume;<br \/>\n&#8211; Integrarea cu alte sisteme de management care s-au dezvoltat independent de sistemul de management al calit\u0103\u0163ii;<br \/>\n&#8211; Cre\u015fterea implement\u0103rii standardului, prin facilitarea aplic\u0103rii acestuia de c\u0103tre toate tipurile de organiza\u0163ii, indiferent de m\u0103rimea \u015fi de profilul lor de activitate;<br \/>\n&#8211; Adoptarea unui sistem de management al calit\u0103\u0163ii este o decizie strategic\u0103 a unei organiza\u0163ii, care poate ajuta la \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u0163irea performan\u0163ei sale globale \u015fi furnizeaz\u0103 o baz\u0103 solid\u0103 pentru ini\u0163iativele de dezvoltare durabil\u0103.<br \/>\n<strong>Poten\u0163ialele beneficii<\/strong> pentru o organiza\u0163ie care implementeaz\u0103 un sistem de management al calit\u0103\u0163ii pe baza acestui standard interna\u0163ional sunt:<br \/>\na) capabilitatea de a furniza \u00een mod consecvent produse \u015fi servicii care satisfac cerin\u0163ele clientului \u015fi cerin\u0163ele legale \u015fi reglementate aplicabile;<br \/>\nb) facilitarea oportunit\u0103\u0163ii de cre\u015ftere a satisfac\u0163iei clientului;<br \/>\nc) luarea \u00een considerare a riscurilor \u015fi oportunit\u0103\u0163ilor asociate contextului \u015fi obiectivelor sale;<br \/>\nd) capabilitatea de a demonstra conformitatea cu cerin\u0163ele specificate ale sistemului de management al calit\u0103\u0163ii.<br \/>\n<strong>Principalele schimb\u0103ri<\/strong> ale noii versiuni ale standardului ISO 9001:2015 sunt:<br \/>\n&#8211; Adoptarea structurii de nivel \u00eenalt, a\u015fa cum a fost stabilit \u00een Anexa SL a Directivelor ISO\/IEC, aplicabil\u0103 tuturor standardelor noi de sisteme de management, care va conduce la facilitarea implement\u0103rii sistemelor de management multiple, integrate. Noua structur\u0103 cuprinde capitolele: Domeniul de aplicare, Referin\u0163e normative, Termeni \u015fi defini\u0163ii, Contextul organiza\u0163iei, Leadership, Planificare, Suport, Opera\u0163iuni, Evaluarea performan\u0163elor, \u00cembun\u0103t\u0103\u0163ire;<br \/>\n&#8211; Cerin\u0163e explicite pentru g\u00e2ndirea pe baz\u0103 de risc care \u00een edi\u0163ia anterioar\u0103 a fost implicit\u0103 (de ex. prin cerin\u0163ele pentru planificare, analiz\u0103 \u015fi \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u0163ire), iar \u00een edi\u0163ia nou\u0103 este incorporat\u0103 \u00een cerin\u0163ele standardului pentru stabilirea, implementarea, men\u0163inerea \u015fi continua \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u0163ire a SMC; Aceste cerin\u0163e consolideaz\u0103 utilizarea sistemului de management ca instrument de conducere \u015fi ajut\u0103 la identificarea oportunit\u0103\u0163ilor de afaceri care contribuie la \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u0163irea profitului;<br \/>\n&#8211; Se impun mai pu\u0163ine cerin\u0163e;<br \/>\n&#8211; Accentul pus pe documente este mai sc\u0103zut.
