{"id":23949,"date":"2016-06-16T08:54:01","date_gmt":"2016-06-16T05:54:01","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/infois.ro\/?p=23949"},"modified":"2016-06-16T08:54:01","modified_gmt":"2016-06-16T05:54:01","slug":"viitorii-invatatori-formati-in-spania","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/infois.ro\/?p=23949","title":{"rendered":"Viitorii \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103tori, forma\u021bi \u00een Spania"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/infois.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/elevi.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft  wp-image-23950\" src=\"http:\/\/infois.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/elevi.jpg\" alt=\"elevi\" width=\"371\" height=\"278\" srcset=\"https:\/\/infois.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/elevi.jpg 640w, https:\/\/infois.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/elevi-300x225.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 371px) 100vw, 371px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Un num\u0103r de 15 elevi de la Liceul Pedagogic \u201dVasile Lupu\u201d din Ia\u0219i au beneficiat \u00een luna mai de un stagiu de formare profesional\u0103 la Colegiul Helios din ora\u0219ul Valencia (Spania), \u00een cadrul proiectului \u201dInterna\u021bionalizarea stagiului de practic\u0103 pedagogic\u0103 al viitorilor \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103tori\u201d, finan\u021bat de Uniunea European\u0103, prin Programul Erasmus+.\u00a0Mobilitatea a vizat cunoa\u0219terea bunelor practici spaniole din domeniul educa\u021biei primare \u0219i a constat \u00een\u00a0realizarea unui stagiu de practic\u0103 pedagogic\u0103 de c\u0103tre un grup de 15 elevi de la profilul pedagogic, specializarea \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103tor-educatoare, \u00eenso\u021bi\u021bi de doi profesori. Obiectivele stagiului de practic\u0103 pedagogic\u0103 au avut \u00een vedere pe de o parte, integrarea mijloacelor didactice de tehnologie informa\u021bional\u0103, respectiv tabla interactiv\u0103 \u0219i tableta \u00een procesul instructiv-educativ, iar pe de alt\u0103 parte, integrarea diferitelor metode \u0219i instrumente de evaluare \u00een \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2ntul primar.\u00a0\u00a0De asemenea, elevii rom\u00e2ni au avut prilejul de a-\u0219i dezvolta competen\u021bele de comunicare intercultural\u0103 \u00een context profesional. \u201d\u00cen cele dou\u0103 s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2ni de stagiu elevii au analizat programele \u0219i materialele pedagogice ale profesorilor, au observat toate activit\u0103\u021bile de predare \u2013 \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare \u0219i chiar au conceput secven\u021be de activitate \u00een care au integrat aplica\u021bii scurte de facilitare a \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103rii cu ajutorul tabletei sau al tablei interactive\u201d, a declarat prof. dr. Irina Cosovanu, coordonatorul proiectului.\u00a0 De\u0219i au identificat elemente similare sistemului nostru de \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2nt, elevii au constatat c\u0103 exist\u0103 \u0219i diferen\u021be semnificative \u00een educa\u021bia copiilor spanioli: elevii \u00eencep clasa I \u00een anul \u00een care \u00eemplinesc 6 ani, iar ciclul primar cuprinde clasele I \u2013 VI, ariile de con\u021binuturi obligatorii sunt mult mai restr\u00e2nse, au o pondere de 55% \u0219i cuprind: limba oficial\u0103, educa\u021bie artistic\u0103, educa\u021bie fizic\u0103, cuno\u0219tin\u021be de mediu natural \u0219i social, matematic\u0103, educa\u021bie pentru cet\u0103\u021benie \u0219i drepturi umane,inteligen\u021b\u0103 emo\u021bional\u0103.Disciplinele op\u021bionale sunt:cultura clasic\u0103, istoria religiilor, o a doua limb\u0103 str\u0103in\u0103. Centrarea pe posibilit\u0103\u021bile \u0219i ritmul propriu de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare al elevilor este real\u0103, fiecare primind sprijin suficient pentru a \u00eenv\u0103\u021ba \u00een clas\u0103. Copiilor li se explic\u0103 no\u021biunile fundamentale printr-un limbaj simplu, iar con\u021binuturile izvor\u0103sc din universul imediat, de via\u021b\u0103, al copilului. \u201dEvaluarea vizeaz\u0103 at\u00e2t cuno\u0219tin\u021bele copiilor, c\u00e2t \u0219i deprinderile, dar, mai ales, atitudinile lor, aproximativ o treime din not\u0103 acord\u00e2ndu-se pentru calit\u0103\u021bile \u0219i \u00eensu\u0219irile de personalitate dovedite \u00een timpul activit\u0103\u021bilor \u0219colare. Evaluarea are \u00een principal rolul formativ de a sesiza \u0219i dep\u0103\u0219i dificult\u0103\u021bile \u00eent\u00e2mpinate de copii, \u00een procesul \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103rii. Odat\u0103 cu terminarea ciclului primar, elevii pot deja s\u0103 aleag\u0103 \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2ntul secundar, fie de tip sociolingvistic, fie de tip \u0219tiin\u021bifico-tehnologic\u201d, a completat prof. dr. Irina Cosovanu. Preg\u0103tirea profesional\u0103 a fost completat\u0103 de vizite culturale la Muzeul Na\u021bional de Ceramic\u0103 \u0219i Arte Gonzales M\u00e1rti, Catedrala din Valencia, Muzeul de BellasArtes. Competen\u021bele dezvoltate \u00een cadrul acestei mobilit\u0103\u021bi de formare profesional\u0103 vor fi folosite \u00een cadrul stagiului de practic\u0103 pedagogic\u0103 curent\u0103 \u0219i, ulterior, \u00een activitatea didactic\u0103 desf\u0103\u0219urat\u0103 \u00een calitate de \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103tor. &#8220;Dincolo de beneficiile profesionale certe, stagiul a coincis, pentru mul\u021bi dintre elevi, cu o prim\u0103 ie\u0219ire peste grani\u021be, fiind o experien\u021b\u0103 personal\u0103 remarcabil\u0103, cu influen\u021be pozitive, pe termen lung, asupra personalit\u0103\u021bii lor. Ei au descoperit o alt\u0103 societate, un alt mod de via\u021b\u0103, si-au perfectionat cunostintele de limba spaniola si au legat prietenii&#8221; a punctat prof. dr.
