Totodat\u0103 platforma E.ON Myline nu va fi func\u0163ional\u0103 \u00een aceast\u0103 perioad\u0103 cu excep\u0163ia opera\u0163iunii ce permite transmiterea indexului autocitit. Potrivit reprezentan\u0163ilor E.ON, centrele de Rela\u0163ii Clien\u0163i E.ON vor fi \u00eenchise \u00een 30 noiembrie \u015fi 1 decembrie 2016, aceste zile fiind declarate s\u0103rb\u0103tori legale, urm\u00e2nd apoi s\u0103 func\u0163ioneze cu program normal \u00een data de 2 decembrie, \u00een intervalul 8:00-16:00. Pe durata zilei de vineri, 2 decembrie, vor\u00a0 fi preluate solicit\u0103ri de la clien\u0163i, f\u0103r\u0103 a fi efectuate opera\u0163iuni \u00een sistem. \u00cencep\u00e2nd cu ziua de luni, 5 decembrie, toate canalele de comunicare vor deveni func\u0163ionale. Dispeceratul de urgen\u0163\u0103 va func\u0163iona non &#8211; stop. \u00a0Astfel, \u00een cazul \u00een care simt miros specific de gaz, consumatorii sunt ruga\u0163i s\u0103 anun\u0163e imediat dispeceratul de urgen\u0163\u0103 la unul dintre numerele de telefon: \u00a00800.800.928 (num\u0103r gratuit, apelabil din principalele re\u0163ele de telefonie fix\u0103 \u015fi mobil\u0103) sau\u00a0\u00a0 0265.200.928( num\u0103r taxabil cu tarif local din re\u0163eaua Telekom \u015fi cu tariful operatorului din toate celelalte re\u0163ele de telefonie). Compania roag\u0103 clien\u0163ii s\u0103 apeleze dispeceratul de urgen\u0163\u0103 exclusiv pentru situa\u0163ii de natur\u0103 tehnic\u0103 care necesit\u0103 interven\u0163ia echipelor \u015fi nu pentru ob\u0163inerea de informa\u0163ii de natur\u0103 comercial\u0103 \u00eentruc\u00e2t dispecerii nu de\u0163in astfel de informa\u0163ii \u015fi totodat\u0103 se poate pierde timp extrem de pre\u0163ios \u00een cazul apari\u021biei unor situa\u0163ii grave care ar putea fi sesizate \u00een acest timp.
