Sesiunea de formare, g\u0103zduit\u0103 de Prim\u0103ria Municipiului Ia\u0219i cu sprijinul Inspectoratului \u0218colar Jude\u021bean Ia\u0219i \u0219i derulat\u0103 \u00een parteneriat cu Asocia\u021bia Learning by Teaching \u0219i Citim \u00cempreun\u0103 Rom\u00e2nia, \u00ee\u0219i propune s\u0103 r\u0103spund\u0103 provoc\u0103rilor asociate educa\u021biei timpurii din zonele defavorizate. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Conferin\u021ba de la Ia\u0219i face parte dintr-o serie de 8 sesiuni regionale de formare cu acoperire na\u021bional\u0103 <\/strong>\u0219i este condus\u0103 de c\u0103tre un cvartet de traineri cu experien\u021b\u0103 \u00eendelungat\u0103 \u00een educa\u021bie timpurie, din Rom\u00e2nia \u0219i Statele Unite: Betsy Grob (SUA), co-autoare a volumului <em>Learner-Centered Classrooms for the 21st Century<\/em> (<em>S\u0103li de clas\u0103 \u0219i educa\u021bie centrate pe copil pentru secolul 21<\/em>), Brandi Bates (SUA\/RO), ini\u021biatoarea campaniei \u201eCitim \u00cempreun\u0103 Rom\u00e2nia&#8221; ce promoveaz\u0103 cititul de la v\u00e2rste c\u00e2t mai fragede; Andreia Petcu, specialist \u00een metode de educa\u021bie non-formal\u0103 \u0219i Maria Gheorghiu, cofondator OvidiuRo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Temele centrale ale sesiunii de training sunt metodele centrate pe copil, dezvoltarea limbajului, metodele de citit interactiv \u0219i explorarea con\u021binuturilor \u0219tiin\u021bifice prin experimente. Miza este echiparea profesorilor ce lucreaz\u0103 cu copii provenind din medii defavorizate cu un set de practici educa\u021bionale \u0219i un pachet generos \u0219i divers de materiale educa\u021bionale care vor cre\u0219te gradul de atractivitate al activit\u0103\u021bilor de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201e<em>\u00cemp\u0103rt\u0103\u0219esc cu ceilal\u021bi traineri o filosofie educa\u021bional\u0103 centrat\u0103 pe nevoile \u0219i curiozitatea natural\u0103 a copilului \u0219i bazat\u0103 pe interactivitate, g\u00e2ndire critic\u0103 \u0219i explorare continu\u0103. \u00cei a\u0219tept\u0103m pe to\u021bi profesorii care lucreaz\u0103 cu copii provenind din medii defavorizate \u0219i \u00ee\u0219i doresc s\u0103 le ofere o experien\u021b\u0103 la grup\u0103 \u00eembog\u0103\u021bit\u0103 la un modul de formare g\u00e2ndit special pentru ei. Cartea-caiet \u0218otron pentru desf\u0103\u0219urarea <strong>Atelierelor de Var\u0103 \u0218otron 2017<\/strong> este tip\u0103rit\u0103 cu sprijinul Profi Rom\u00e2nia \u0219i va ajunge la peste 2000 de copii s\u0103raci.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>La nivel na\u021bional, mai mult de o treime dintre \u0219coli \u0219i gr\u0103dini\u021be (36%), <\/strong><strong>majoritatea din zone rurale,<\/strong><strong> se confrunt\u0103 cu probleme educa<\/strong><strong>\u021bionale grave \u0219i foarte grave<\/strong><strong>. <\/strong>Asta \u00eenseamn\u0103 un risc crescut de abandon \u0219colar, o pondere mare de cadre didactice necalificate \u0219i un grad ridicat de marginalizare al localit\u0103\u021bii. <strong>Jude\u021bele cu cele mai mari procente de \u0219coli \u00eencadrate \u00een clasa 1 sau 2 de risc educa\u021bional sunt Vaslui (69%), Mure\u0219 (60%), Ia\u0219i (57%), Bra\u0219ov (53%), Boto\u0219ani (49%), Sibiu (47%), Bac\u0103u (45%) \u0219i Dolj (39%). <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Potrivit celui mai recent raport de \u021bar\u0103 \u00een ceea ce prive\u0219te rata alfabetiz\u0103rii popula\u021biei, realizat de ELINET, Rom\u00e2nia este pe penultimul loc \u00een UE, cu peste 35% dintre elevii de clasa a IV-a demonstr\u00e2nd probleme serioase la citit.\u00a0 \u00cen 2012, OECD (<em>Organiza\u021bia pentru Cooperare Economic\u0103 \u0219i Dezvoltare<\/em>) evalua c\u0103 aproximativ 42% dintre elevii rom\u00e2ni sunt analfabe\u021bi func\u021bional. \u00cen 2002, OECD demonstra o corela\u021bie pozitiv\u0103 \u00eentre citit \u0219i performan\u021bele \u0219colare, suger\u00e2nd c\u0103 promovarea cititului de la v\u00e2rste c\u00e2t mai fragede ar putea fi \u201euna dintre cele mai eficiente modalit\u0103\u021bi de a genera schimbare social\u0103&#8221;.
