Cei 400 de profesori reprezent\u00e2nd toate disciplinele \u0219colare, directori, elevi \u0219i p\u0103rin\u021bi, reprezentan\u021bi ai sindicatelor, au discutat despre propunerile de plan-cadru pentru liceu, \u00eentr-o \u00eencercare de a g\u0103si r\u0103spuns pentru o \u00eentrebare ce ne prive\u0219te pe noi to\u021bi \u015fi anume cum ar trebui s\u0103-i preg\u0103tim \u00een \u0219coal\u0103 pe tineri, pentru ca ace\u0219tia s\u0103 aib\u0103 succes pe pia\u021ba muncii \u0219i pentru dezvoltarea personal\u0103 a acestora. Profesori universitari cu expertiz\u0103 pe problematica curriculumului \u0219colar \u0219i a politicilor educa\u021bionale (prof. univ. Dr. Carmen Cre\u0163u, conf. univ. dr. Gheorghe Ilie F\u00e2rte, precum \u0219i prof. univ. dr. \u0218tefan Cojocaru, \u00een dubla sa calitate de reprezentant al mediului academic, precum \u0219i de reprezentant al unei asocia\u021bii nonguvernamentale), oameni politici, profund implica\u021bi \u00een via\u021ba \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2ntului preuniversitar \u0219i universitar (prof. dr. Camelia Gavril\u0103, pre\u0219edinte al Comisiei pentru \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2nt, \u0219tiin\u021b\u0103, tineret \u0219i sport din Camera Deputa\u021bilor \u0219i prof. univ. dr. Adrian P\u0103nescu, senator) au sus\u021binut cu argumente \u0219tiin\u021bifice puncte de vedere \u0219i solu\u021bii posibile. \u00cen calitate de moderator, prof. dr. Genoveva Farca\u015f, inspector \u0219colar general, a configurat contextul social \u0219i educa\u021bional care genereaz\u0103 inevitabil optimiz\u0103rile de tip curricular, schimbarea planurilor-cadru pentru liceu fiind necesar\u0103 \u0219i iminent\u0103, o reac\u021bie fireasc\u0103 a \u0219colii la nevoile actuale de formare ale elevilor, dar \u0219i la progresul societ\u0103\u021bii, a cre\u0219terii cunoa\u0219terii \u00een multiple domenii.\u00a0 Vorbitorii au apreciat c\u0103 noile abord\u0103ri orienteaz\u0103 \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2ntul rom\u00e2nesc spre ceea ce educa\u021bia modern\u0103, european\u0103 este obligatoriu s\u0103 le ofere tinerilor, din perspectiva corel\u0103rii \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2ntului rom\u00e2nesc cu alte sisteme europene de succes, \u00eens\u0103 acestea nu trebuie s\u0103 afecteze zonele \u00een care \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2ntul rom\u00e2nesc atinge performan\u021ba, prin tradi\u021bie \u0219i prin voca\u021bie.<br \/>\nVariantele propuse au constituit un suport consistent pentru dezbatere, chiar generos prin flexibilizarea rela\u021biei TC (trunchi comun) \u2013 CD (curriculum diferen\u021biat) \u2013 CD\u0218 (curriculum la decizia \u0219colii), \u00een condi\u021biile unei analize obiective \u0219i a evit\u0103rii pledoariilor pentru anumite discipline de studiu \u00een defavoarea altora, asigur\u00e2ndu-se astfel reprezentarea echilibrat\u0103 a acestora \u00een planurile-cadru, \u00eentr-un num\u0103r total de ore rezonabil. Schimbarea planurilor-cadru implic\u0103 \u0219i restructurarea programelor \u0219colare. Vorbitorii \u0219i-au exprimat optimismul \u00een ceea ce prive\u0219te implicarea \u0219colii \u0219i a mediului academic \u00een reconfigurarea necesar\u0103 a noilor planuri-cadru \u2013 responsabilitate asumat\u0103, sub rezerva constr\u00e2ngerilor legislative. A fost subliniat\u0103, de asemenea, necesitatea raport\u0103rii la profilul absolventului de liceu precum \u0219i la anumite dihotomii necesare: na\u021bional\/interna\u021bional, cicul inferior (TC, cultur\u0103 general\u0103)\/ciclul superior (preprofesionalizare, CD\u0218), \u0219i a stipul\u0103rii acestora \u00een documente legislative reglatorii, respectiv, Legea Educa\u021biei Na\u021bionale. Nu au lipsit pledoariile pentru dialogul profesional \u0219i pentru implicarea speciali\u0219tilor \u00een acest proces, ace\u0219tia put\u00e2nd s\u0103 se obiectiveze \u0219i s\u0103 identifice solu\u021bii care s\u0103 acopere toate imperativele educa\u021bionale. Au fost f\u0103cute referiri la sistemele de \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2nt din ale \u021b\u0103ri europene (Fran\u021ba, Germania, Finlanda, Malta, Marea Britanie, Estonia), \u00eentr-un exerci\u021biu comparativ, \u00een \u00eencercarea de identificare a unor similitudini \u0219i diferen\u021be. Din discu\u021bii se desprinde ideea c\u0103 num\u0103rul total al orelor de curs s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2nale alocate elevilor de liceu nu ar trebui s\u0103 dep\u0103\u0219easc\u0103 30 ore, merg\u00e2nd spre o diminuare a acestui num\u0103r odat\u0103 cu clasa terminal\u0103, precum \u0219i cu o specializare a curriculum-ului, \u00een acord cu profilul clasei \u0219i cu priorit\u0103\u021bile facult\u0103\u021bii pe care elevul dore\u0219te s\u0103 o urmeze.\u00a0 O discu\u021bie aprins\u0103 s-a conturat \u00een jurul p\u0103rerilor care au cerut cre\u0219terea procentului de cursuri op\u021bionale (35-40%), idee sus\u021binut\u0103 mai ales de elevi, precum \u0219i \u00een jurul opiniilor care au sus\u021binut o cre\u0219tere a num\u0103rului de ore \u00een trunchiul comun (70-75%), a\u0219a cum a fost exprimat\u0103 de reprezentan\u021bi ai directorilor.\u00a0 Dezbaterea desf\u0103\u0219urat\u0103 la Biblioteca Central\u0103 Universitar\u0103 Mihai Eminescu a constituit un cadru de dialog profesional democratic, experien\u021ba \u0219i expertiza profesorilor practicieni \u0219i a teoreticienilor \u00een domeniu fiind valorificat\u0103 \u00eentr-un document-sintez\u0103 pe care I.S.J.
