Numai anul acesta, peste 260 de consumatori au ob\u021binut de la b\u0103nci, cu ajutorul CSALB, reducerea sau eliminarea comisioanelor, sc\u0103derea ratelor la credite sau chiar \u0219tergerea \u00eentregului sold r\u0103mas de achitat. Dintre ace\u0219ti consumatori, doar 8% sunt din Ia\u0219i. Acest lucru se \u00eent\u00e2mpl\u0103 deoarece mul\u021bi consumatori din \u021bar\u0103 nu \u0219tiu de existen\u021ba Centrului de Solu\u0163ionare Alternativ\u0103 a Litigiilor \u00een Domeniul Bancar. Informarea consumatorilor despre beneficiile solu\u021bion\u0103rii amiabile a litigiilor cu b\u0103ncile este motivul principal pentru care \u201cCaravana CSALB\u201d a oprit \u0219i la Ia\u0219i. Cu aceast\u0103 ocazie, CSALB, \u00een parteneriat cu Prim\u0103ria Municipiului Ia\u0219i, organizeaz\u0103 mar\u0163i, 23 octombrie, de la ora 10.00, \u00een Sala Mare a Palatului Roznovanu, o conferin\u021ba de pres\u0103, la care vor participa reprezentan\u021bii CSALB, ai autorit\u0103\u021bilor locale, ANPC, ai mediului academic \u0219i asocia\u021biilor de consumatori. \u00cen cadrul \u00eent\u00e2lnirii cu ziari\u015ftii, reprezentan\u0163ii Centrului de Solu\u0163ionare Alternativ\u0103 a Litigiilor \u00een Domeniul Bancar vor r\u0103spunde la \u00eentreb\u0103rile presei despre problemele \u00eent\u00e2mpinate de consumatorii care s-au adresat CSALB, litigiile pe care ace\u0219tia le-au avut cu b\u0103ncile sau IFN-urile \u0219i procedura pe care ace\u0219tia au parcurs-o pentru a intra \u00een negociere cu institu\u021biile financiare. Conferin\u021ba face parte din \u201eCaravana CSALB\u201d \u2013 \u00a0o serie de \u00eent\u00e2lniri organizate \u00een mai multe ora\u0219e din \u021bar\u0103. Centrul de Solu\u021bionare Alternativ\u0103 a Litigiilor \u00een Domeniul Bancar (CSALB) este o institu\u021bie \u00eenfiin\u021bat\u0103 la solicitarea Comisiei Europene \u0219i intermediaz\u0103 gratuit, \u0219i \u00een mai pu\u021bin de trei luni, negocierea dintre clien\u021bi \u0219i b\u0103nci\/IFN-uri.
