Proiectul a fost finan\u0163at de c\u0103tre Uniunea European\u0103 prin programul Erasmus+, 2014-2020, KA1, nr. referin\u0163\u0103 2018-1-RO01-KA101-047952. \u00cen cadrul aceluia\u0219i proiect urmeaz\u0103 s\u0103 se desf\u0103\u0219oare \u00eenc\u0103 dou\u0103 fluxuri de formare, \u00een Gibraltar \u0219i Portugalia, \u00een luna iulie 2019, la care vor participa 8 profesori.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tema cursului <em>Out of the box \u2013 Environmental Education and Outdoor Learning in Finland<\/em> \u00a0este legat\u0103 de educa\u021bia \u00een afara s\u0103lii de clas\u0103, prin metode interactive, mai pu\u021bin conven\u021bionale, \u00een care jocul este elementul principal, al\u0103turi de starea de bine a elevului. Acest tip de educa\u021bie este inovator chiar \u0219i pentru sistemul de \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2nt finlandez.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La cursul men\u021bionat au participat 9 profesori din 4 \u021b\u0103ri (Belgia, Polonia, Rom\u00e2nia \u0219i China) la care se adaug\u0103 \u0219i Finlanda, \u021bara gazd\u0103 a c\u0103rui sistem educa\u021bional a fost prezentat. Din Rom\u00e2nia au participat reprezentan\u0163ii \u015ecolii Gimnaziale \u201eGeorge Co\u015fbuc\u201d: profesor pentru \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2ntul primar Petronela Doina Co\u0219ug, profesor de limba francez\u0103 Ana-Maria Samson, profesor pentru \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2ntul primar Nicoleta D\u0103riescu, profesor pentru \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2ntul pre\u015fcolar Maria Claudia Bunduc.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Coordonatoarea acestui proiect, doamna profesor pentru \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2ntul primar Petronela Doina Co\u0219ug, a men\u021bionat c\u0103 acest curs oferit de formatorii finlandezi \u00eei va ajuta pe profesorii rom\u00e2ni s\u0103 implementeze, \u00een afara s\u0103lii de clas\u0103, activit\u0103\u021bi prin care elevii s\u0103 \u00eenve\u021be \u00eentr-un mod relaxant cum s\u0103 aprecieze natura \u0219i cum s\u0103 foloseasc\u0103 ceea ce aceasta ne ofer\u0103, pentru a descoperi lucruri noi legate de protec\u021bia mediului, fauna \u0219i flora specifice zonei \u00een care se afl\u0103, resursele naturale. Se creeaz\u0103, de asemenea, leg\u0103turi afective \u00eentre copil \u0219i natur\u0103 prin care se dezvolt\u0103 abilit\u0103\u021bile sociale, iar conexiunea cu natura reprezint\u0103 primul pas c\u0103tre educa\u021bia pentru dezvoltarea durabil\u0103 a viitoarelor genera\u021bii. Cursan\u021bii au putut observa \u0219i participa la activit\u0103\u021bi prin care elevii \u00eenva\u021b\u0103 \u00eentr-un mod s\u0103n\u0103tos \u0219i integrat disciplinele din curriculumul na\u021bional, cum ar fi matematica, limbile str\u0103ine, noile tehnologii, \u0219tiin\u021bele etc.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00cenv\u0103\u0163area \u00een aer liber este experimental\u0103, bazat\u0103 pe implicarea direct\u0103 a elevului \u00een procesul de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare, se \u00eenva\u0163\u0103 \u00een medii autentice. \u00cenv\u0103\u0163area \u00een aer liber ofer\u0103 \u015fi exerci\u0163ii fizice s\u0103n\u0103toase. Competen\u0163ele sociale sunt de asemenea consolidate. Joaca elevilor contribuie \u00een mare m\u0103sur\u0103 la propria dezvoltare social\u0103, deoarece \u00een joc nu exist\u0103 diferen\u0163e \u00eentre elevi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00cen cadrul acestui flux s-au realizat toate activit\u0103\u021bile propuse \u00een program: s-a \u00eenceput cu un tur ghidat al Muzeului de Istorie Natural\u0103 din Helsinki, jocuri de cunoa\u0219tere, activit\u0103\u021bi \u00een aer liber pentru nivel pre\u0219colar, primar \u0219i gimnazial, conduse de profesori finlandezi, dar \u0219i de instructori suedezi, care au fost ini\u021biatorii acestui nou concept de educa\u021bie la Kokkola. Ultima parte a cursului a avut \u00een vedere aventura ca factor declan\u0219ator al \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103rii: hiking, bridge swing, low rope, canoeing, high rope, orienteering (Virrat \u2013 centru de tineret Marttinen).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pentru doamna profesoar\u0103 de limba francez\u0103, Ana-Maria Samson, participarea la acest curs a \u00eensemnat o adev\u0103rat\u0103 oportunitate de a \u00eenv\u0103\u021ba cum se poate preda limba str\u0103in\u0103 prin joc \u00een aer liber. De\u0219i relieful Rom\u00e2niei nu permite evadarea \u00een orice moment \u00eentr-un col\u021b de p\u0103dure ca \u00een Finlanda, se pot g\u0103si destule oportunit\u0103\u021bi \u00een mediul \u00eenconjur\u0103tor din apropierea unit\u0103\u021bilor de \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2nt pentru a \u00eenv\u0103\u021ba aproape oricare elemente de vocabular, dar \u0219i unele acte de limbaj, cu ajutorul unor jocuri gen Kimble, robotul, c\u0103utarea de mesaje, jocuri cu zarul.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Domni\u0219oara profesoar\u0103 pentru \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2ntul pre\u0219colar, Bunduc Maria Claudia, a apreciat \u00een mod deosebit asistarea \u00eentr-un cadru nonconformist pentru cei obi\u0219nui\u021bi cu mediul academic standard la o abordare educa\u021bional\u0103 inovatoare bazat\u0103 pe joac\u0103 \u00een aer liber, dar \u0219i pe \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare \u00een natur\u0103. Abordarea educa\u021biei din perspectiva \u201a,exteriorului\u2019\u2019 are un efect semnificativ asupra form\u0103rii pre\u0219colarilor \u0219i a elevilor pe toate planurile, ace\u0219tia dezvolt\u00e2nd abilit\u0103\u021bi sociale mai pronun\u021bate, cu o capacitate de lucru mai mare \u00een echip\u0103, \u0219i mai mult dec\u00e2t at\u00e2t, av\u00e2nd o mai mare \u00eencredere \u00een sine \u0219i \u00een ceea ce pot face.
