Studiile vor fi f\u0103cute \u00een cel mult trei luni de SC IM Design Studio SRL, \u00een cadrul unui contract \u00een valoare de 49.000 lei, f\u0103r\u0103 TVA (58.310 lei, cu TVA). Studiile vor trebui s\u0103 analizeze \u0219i s\u0103 propun\u0103 o serie de solu\u0163ii de transport subteran cu metroul, aerian pe \u015fin\u0103 (monorail) sau aerian pe cablu (telecabin\u0103) \u0219i, respectiv, de transport pe axe de circula\u0163ie dedicate \/ protejate pentru biciclete, prin prisma unor elemente precum context local \/ interna\u0163ional, trasee \/ axe \/ linii \/ piste (pozi\u0163ion\u0103ri, parametri tehnici etc.), avantaje \/ dezavantaje, limit\u0103ri (constructive, legislative, tehnice, financiare etc.), fezabilitate, impact, solu\u0163ii tehnice \/ indicatori tehnici \/ descriere tehnologic\u0103 etc., analiz\u0103 comparativ\u0103 a op\u0163iunilor, corelarea cu alte proiecte investi\u0163ionale de transport, etc. Scopurile generale ale acestor solu\u021bii sunt descongestionarea traficului urban, reducerea emisiilor de carbon \u015fi, implicit, reducerea polu\u0103rii, precum \u015fi promovarea unui stil de via\u0163\u0103 s\u0103n\u0103tos. Potrivit caietului de sarcini asumat de firma men\u021bionat\u0103, Municipiul Ia\u0219i cunoa\u0219te un fenomen de suprapopulare \u00een ultimii ani, popula\u021bia extinz\u00e2ndu-se semnificativ c\u0103tre zonele limitrofe \u0219i fiind astfel nevoit\u0103 s\u0103 fac\u0103 zilnic naveta dus &#8211; \u00eentors \u00eenspre \/ dinspre mediul urban \/ periurban. \u00cen contextul dezvolt\u0103rii sistemului de transport cu implica\u0163ii la nivel metropolitan, fluxurile zilnice de c\u0103l\u0103tori sunt preluate at\u00e2t prin sistemul public de transport (autobuze, tramvaie), c\u00e2t \u015fi prin sistemul auto alternativ de transport privat. \u00cen schimb, aglomer\u0103rile \u00een traficul urban &#8211; metropolitan presupun, pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 luarea unor m\u0103suri de descongestionare a traficului \u00een punctele cheie, \u015fi o suplinire a rutelor actuale de transport clasic cu solu\u0163ii de transport alternative. \u00cen prezent, unele zone din ora\u015f cu extensie \u00eenspre zona metropolitan\u0103 nu sunt acoperite suficient de sistemul de transport actual, de exemplu zona Moara de V\u00e2nt, zona Galata cu extensie \u00eenspre Miroslava (Valea Ad\u00e2nc\u0103) sau zona Bucium &#8211; B\u00e2rnova. Aceste zone reziden\u0163iale sunt colinare, mai greu accesibile pentru transportul clasic de transport public, cu autobuzul sau tramvaiul. Pe de alt\u0103 parte, aceste zone ar putea fi acoperite prin sisteme alternative de transport cum ar fi transportul subteran sau transportul aerian (suspendat, pe cablu \/ \u015fin\u0103), pentru care s-ar putea crea \u015fi dezvolta ulterior axe \/ linii \/ trasee de transport dedicate care s\u0103 lege urbanul \u015fi periurbanul Municipiului Ia\u015fi. \u00cen alt\u0103 ordine de idei, ca alternativ\u0103 la transportul clasic de c\u0103l\u0103tori se propune crearea unor axe \/ piste de circula\u0163ie dedicate \/ protejate pentru biciclete, care s\u0103 fie separate de pietonal, astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t s\u0103 nu creeze conflicte \u00eentre pietoni \u015fi bicicli\u015fti.
