O singur\u0103 investi\u021bie, de peste 120 de milioane de euro, realizat\u0103 de compania IULIUS, va livra \u00een urm\u0103torii doi ani \u00eenc\u0103 60.000 mp de spa\u021bii de birouri premium. Palas Campus, un concept mixt \u00een sine, va fi cea mai mare cl\u0103dire de birouri din \u021bar\u0103. Astfel, polul de business regional creat \u00een centrul ora\u0219ului prin ansamblul Palas, primul proiect<\/i><\/b><b><i>\u00a0<\/i><\/b><b><i>mixed-use realizat la noi \u00een \u021bar\u0103, va ajunge la o suprafa\u021b\u0103 \u00eenchiriabil\u0103 de peste 135.000 mp spa\u021bii de birouri clasa A. La fel de important este \u0219i faptul c\u0103, prin acest proiect de regenerare urban\u0103, zona central\u0103 Sf. Andrei, \u00een prezent subdezvoltat\u0103, este redat\u0103 comunit\u0103\u021bii \u0219i reintegrat\u0103 \u00een ora\u0219.<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"yiv4793136167MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"yiv4793136167MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00cen contextul perioadei dificile cauzate de pandemie, macaralele \u00ee\u0219i continu\u0103 ritmul alert pe \u0219antierul\u00a0<b>Palas Campus<\/b>. O simpl\u0103 privire \u00ee\u021bi dezv\u0103luie amploarea acestui proiect, iar cifrele sunt impresionante. Proiectul este format din\u00a0<b>\u0219ase corpuri diferite<\/b>, care, \u00een total, vor \u00eensuma\u00a0<b>o suprafa\u021b\u0103 construit\u0103 de peste 86.000 mp<\/b>, cu o\u00a0<b>amprent\u0103 la sol de peste 15.000 mp<\/b>. Ca o compara\u021bie, este\u00a0<b>echivalentul a aproximativ 57 terenuri de tenis<\/b>. \u00cen total, construc\u021bia presupune\u00a0<b>56.000 de metri cubi de beton<\/b>, iar cantitatea total\u0103 de\u00a0<b>arm\u0103tur\u0103\u00a0<\/b>va dep\u0103\u0219i<b>\u00a07.000 de tone<\/b>. Totodat\u0103, va fi amenajat\u0103 o\u00a0<b>parcare subteran\u0103 cu dou\u0103 niveluri<\/b>\u00a0\u0219i o capacitate de\u00a0<b>625 de spa\u021bii, o investi\u021bie de 33,3 milioane de euro<\/b>, care va face ca, \u00een centrul ora\u0219ului, comunitatea s\u0103 beneficieze de 3.200 locuri de garare.<\/p>\n<p class=\"yiv4793136167MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"yiv4793136167MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00cen consens cu direc\u021bia de dezvoltare \u0219i sus\u021binere a mobilit\u0103\u021bii urbane a proiectelor IULIUS, vor fi amenajate piste de ciclism cu o lungime de aproape 650 metri, dar \u0219i circa 500 de spa\u021bii pentru biciclete.
