De la Kog\u0103lniceanu la Sanda Marin &#8211; C\u0103r\u021bi de bucate, aparate \u0219i ustensile de buc\u0103t\u0103rie (1841-1940)\u201d. Valorific\u00e2nd\u00a0 bunuri culturale aflate \u00een patrimoniul institu\u0163iilor partenere, dar \u015fi obiecte din colec\u0163ia doamnei profesor Ana Ciornei \u2013 o apropiat\u0103 colaboratoare\u00a0 \u015fi sus\u0163in\u0103toare a activit\u0103\u0163ii culturale a muzeelor men\u0163ionate \u2013 expozi\u0163ia \u00ee\u015fi propune s\u0103 aduc\u0103 \u00een aten\u0163ia publicului c\u00e2teva c\u0103r\u0163i de bucate \u015fi caiete de re\u0163ete care au apar\u0163inut unor personalit\u0103\u0163i din elita Ia\u015filor, din perioada 1840-1940. Dovedindu-se un deschiz\u0103tor de drumuri \u00een mai multe direc\u0163ii, Mihail Kog\u0103lniceanu, gurmand \u015fi mare iubitor al artei culinare, a\u015fterne pe h\u00e2rtie \u015fi tip\u0103re\u015fte, \u00eempreun\u0103 cu mai v\u00e2rstnicul s\u0103u prieten, Costache Negruzzi, o prim\u0103 carte de bucate din istoria Moldovei, intitulat\u0103 \u201e200 de re\u0163ete de bucate cercate, pr\u0103jituri \u015fi alte trebi gospod\u0103re\u015fti\u201d. Prima edi\u021bie, publicat\u0103 \u00een 1841, nu a fost asumat\u0103 oficial de autori, cartea prezent\u00e2nd doar o \u015ftampil\u0103 cu ini\u0163ialele acestora. \u00cen \u201eIluzii pierdute&#8221; \u00eens\u0103, publicat\u0103 \u00een acela\u015fi an, Kog\u0103lniceanu scria: \u201eAt\u00e2ta v\u0103 voi mai zice ca acum de cur\u00e2nd am mai publicat \u2013 \u00eempreun\u0103 cu domnul C.N., un alt Prometeu manqu\u00e9 ca \u015fi mine \u2013, o carte care, r\u0103sturn\u00e2nd toate puterile a\u015fezate, c\u0103lc\u00e2nd \u00een picioare toate pravilele, primite de Adunare \u015fi de obiceiul p\u0103m\u00e2ntului, are s\u0103 fac\u0103 o revolu\u0163ie stra\u015fnic\u0103 \u00een toata Moldova \u2013 \u00eentru chipul de a face frig\u0103nele \u015fi g\u0103lu\u015fte, vreau s\u0103 vorbesc de o colec\u0163ie de 200 de re\u0163ete de feluri de bucate, care s\u0103 ne fac\u0103 cea mai mare reputa\u0163ie \u2013 \u00eentre buc\u0103t\u0103ri\u0163e \u2013 \u015fi viitorimea recunosc\u0103toare ne va da negre\u015fit frumosul nume de: introduc\u0103torii artei culinare \u00een Moldova. La distan\u0163\u0103 de aproape un secol, ie\u015feanca Cecilia Simionescu Zapan public\u0103, sub pseudonimul Sanda Marin, o \u201eCarte de bucate\u201d care i-a adus celebritatea \u015fi care o situeaz\u0103 p\u00e2n\u0103 ast\u0103zi \u00eentre cei care au ridicat preocup\u0103rile gastronomice la rang de art\u0103. N\u0103scut\u0103 \u00een zorii celui de-al XX-lea veac, \u00een 1900, Cecilia Simionescu a f\u0103cut parte din elita intelectualit\u0103\u0163ii ie\u015fene, fiind fata celebrului profesor universitar Ion Simionescu, academician \u015fi director al Editurii \u201eCartea Rom\u00e2neasc\u0103\u201d din Bucure\u015fti, editur\u0103 care a publicat cartea \u00een anul 1936. Cele dou\u0103 lucr\u0103ri de referin\u0163\u0103, dar \u015fi cele c\u00e2teva c\u0103r\u0163i \u015fi caiete de re\u0163ete care se reg\u0103sesc \u00een expozi\u0163ie arat\u0103 constanta preocupare a elitei rom\u00e2ne\u015fti pentru a educa gustul concet\u0103\u0163enilor \u015fi pentru a-i apropia de gastronomia rom\u00e2neasc\u0103 de mare rafinament, bazat\u0103, e drept, pe \u00eemprumuturi care au fost adaptate mereu specificului local. Expozi\u0163ia va putea fi vizitat\u0103, cu respectarea normelor impuse \u00een contextul pandemiei, \u00een perioada 14 noiembrie 2020 &#8211; 20 ianuarie 2021, \u00een spa\u0163iile muzeelor vecine &#8211; Muzeul Memorial \u201eMihail Kog\u0103lniceanu\u201d \u015fi Muzeul \u201ePoni-Cern\u0103tescu\u201d, ambele situate \u00een Ia\u015fi pe strada Mihail Kog\u0103lniceanu la nr. 11, respectiv 7B, de mar\u021bi p\u00e2n\u0103 s\u00e2mb\u0103t\u0103, \u00een intervalul orar 10.00 &#8211; 17.00 (ora 16.30, ultimul bilet). Curatorii expozi\u021biei sunt muzeografii Mihaela Tudose \u0219i Oana Florescu.
