Doro\u0219 Liviu-Claudiu<\/li>\n<li>Vicepre\u0219edinte &#8211; Director general adjunct a dlui. Iancu C\u0103t\u0103lin-Jianu-Dan<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pentru mandatul 2021-2025 s-a aprobat func\u021bionarea comitetelor consultative ale Consiliului de administra\u021bie: Comitetul de audit \u2013 pre\u0219edinte Radu Octavian Claudiu, Comitetul de nominalizare\u00a0\u2013remunerare \u2013 pre\u0219edinte Ceocea Costel \u0219i Comitetul de investi\u021bii \u2013 pre\u0219edinte Ciorcila Horia. Fiecare comitet este format din 3 membri, administratori neexecutivi: Ceocea Costel, Ciorcila Horia, Radu Octavian Claudiu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mandatul membrilor Consiliului de administra\u021bie este de 4 ani, \u00eencepand cu 05 aprilie 2021 \u0219i p\u00e2n\u0103 la 05 aprilie 2025, cu precizarea c\u0103 exercitarea atribu\u0163iilor aferente func\u0163iei de administrator se face numai dup\u0103 ob\u0163inerea deciziei de aprobare emise de Autoritatea de Supraveghere Financiar\u0103.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Performan\u021bele ultimilor 10 ani<\/strong><\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_52531\" style=\"width: 338px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><a href=\"http:\/\/infois.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/C\u0103t\u0103lin-Iancu-Director-general-adjunct-al-SIF-MOLDOVA.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-52531\" class=\" wp-image-52531\" src=\"http:\/\/infois.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/C\u0103t\u0103lin-Iancu-Director-general-adjunct-al-SIF-MOLDOVA.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"328\" height=\"352\" srcset=\"https:\/\/infois.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/C\u0103t\u0103lin-Iancu-Director-general-adjunct-al-SIF-MOLDOVA.jpg 640w, https:\/\/infois.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/C\u0103t\u0103lin-Iancu-Director-general-adjunct-al-SIF-MOLDOVA-280x300.jpg 280w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 328px) 100vw, 328px\" \/><\/a><p id=\"caption-attachment-52531\" class=\"wp-caption-text\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">C\u0103t\u0103lin Iancu, director general adjunct al SIF MOLDOVA<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">SIF Moldova este societatea de investi\u021bii recunoscut\u0103 \u00een pia\u021ba de capital din Rom\u00e2nia ca dinamic\u0103 \u0219i inovatoare.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00cen ultimii 10 ani, activele SIF Moldova au generat o rata compus\u0103 a randamentului de 9,23%, cu 1,77% mai mare dec\u00e2t rata medie ob\u021binut\u0103 de toate celelate fonduri de ac\u021biuni din Rom\u00e2nia*.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00cen acela\u0219i timp, SIF Moldova a acordat dividende ac\u021bionarilor de 639 milioane lei, \u00een timp ce a continuat s\u0103 investeasc\u0103 \u0219i a atins o rat\u0103 medie de apreciere a valorii pentru ac\u021bionari de 13,2% (dividende \u00eencasate plus cre\u0219tere activ).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Compania \u0219i-a urmat strategia pe termen lung \u0219i a dublat valoarea activelor administrate p\u00e2n\u0103 la 2,14 miliarde lei la sf\u00e2r\u0219itul anului 2020.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>\u201cLe mul\u021bumesc ac\u021bionarilor pentru votul \u0219i \u00eencrederea lor, \u00een numele membrilor Consiliului de administra\u021bie \u0219i al \u00eentregii echipe SIF Moldova, mai ales \u00een aceste vremuri f\u0103r\u0103 precedent. Chiar dac\u0103 trecem printr-o criz\u0103 sanitar\u0103 \u0219i economic\u0103, am r\u0103mas al\u0103turi de investitorii no\u0219tri \u0219i ne-am urmat strategia de cre\u0219tere pe termen lung. \u00cen cei peste 25 de ani de activitate \u00een pia\u021ba de capital nu am mai experimentat nimic similar cu aceasta pandemie \u0219i efectele ei. Cu toate aceste, am reu\u0219it s\u0103 \u00eencheiem cu succes anul 2020, rezultatul net neauditat format din profit net \u0219i c\u00e2\u0219tig net reflectat \u00een rezultatul reportat este cu 46% mai mare decat cel previzionat, ceea ce valideaz\u0103 \u00eenc\u0103 o dat\u0103 soliditatea modelului nostru de business. <\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Suntem orienta\u021bi spre excelen\u021b\u0103, de aceea avem o abordare riguroas\u0103 a investi\u021biilor prin crearea cadrului potrivit pentru g\u00e2ndire creativ\u0103 coroborat\u0103 cu analiz\u0103 fundamental\u0103 \u0219i tehnic\u0103 detaliat\u0103.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Experien\u021ba \u00eentregii echipe ne ofer\u0103 un avantaj competitiv pe pia\u021ba de capital, pe care \u00eel folosim \u00een beneficiul investitorilor no\u0219tri. Am v\u0103zut tipare pe care al\u021bii nu le-au v\u0103zut, am identificat oportunit\u0103\u021bi \u0219i le-am transformat \u00een investi\u021bii cu profit mediu de peste 100 milioane lei \u00een fiecare din ultimii 10 ani. Filozofia noastr\u0103 investi\u021bional\u0103 este bine conturat\u0103 \u0219i ne-a ar\u0103tat \u00een mod repetat c\u0103 este creatoare de performan\u021b\u0103 \u0219i randamente cu 2 cifre, superioare celorlalte fonduri de ac\u021biuni. <\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>De altfel, am reu\u0219it s\u0103 aducem \u0219i s\u0103 men\u021binem SIF Moldova la cea mai mare valoare de pia\u021b\u0103 dintre societ\u0103\u021bile de investi\u021bii financiare, cu efect direct \u00een averea ac\u021bionarilor. De asemenea, continu\u0103m s\u0103 aplic\u0103m o strategie de cre\u0219tere pe termen lung, o politic\u0103 de dividend predictibil\u0103 \u0219i programe de r\u0103scumparare anuale pentru a oferi solu\u021bii care vin \u00een \u00eent\u00e2mpinarea a\u0219tept\u0103rilor investitorilor no\u0219tri.\u201d,<\/em> a declarat Claudiu Doro\u0219, Director general al SIF MOLDOVA.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Performan\u021ba SIF Moldova se observ\u0103 \u0219i din perspectiva evolu\u021biei discountului pre\u021bului SIF2 fa\u021b\u0103 de activul net, situat preponderent sub media discounturilor \u00eenregistrate de c\u0103tre celelalte societ\u0103\u021bi de investi\u021bii.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00cen compara\u021bie cu indexul BET, \u00a0actiunea SIF2 a evoluat peste indicele de referin\u021b\u0103 al pie\u021bei locale de capital. Fa\u021b\u0103 de BET-FI, indicele sectorial format din societatile de investi\u021bii financiare, SIF2 a \u00eenregistrat de asemenea o cre\u0219tere mai accentuat\u0103 \u00een ultimii patru ani, iar fa\u021b\u0103 de BET-TR, SIF2 s-a deta\u0219at \u00een mod evident.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>\u201eCele mai performante companii de investi\u021bii se disting prin continuitatea unui leadership vizionar<\/em><em>. Ca membri ai Consiliului de administra\u021bie avem un rol principal \u00een dezvoltarea \u0219i succesul companiei, ghid\u00e2nd echipa \u0219i provoc\u00e2nd-o s\u0103 evolueze. Cultura organiza\u021bional\u0103 \u00eenr\u0103d\u0103cinat\u0103 \u00een modul de a ac\u021biona \u0219i de a fi a fiec\u0103rui om din companie, ne-a asigurat continuitatea activit\u0103\u021bii \u00een condi\u021bii optime \u00een aceast\u0103 perioad\u0103 pandemic\u0103.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Am \u00eenchis anul 2020 cu o pozi\u021bie bun\u0103 din punct de vedere financiar, nivelul investi\u021biilor realizate dep\u0103\u0219ind cu 69% bugetul previzionat. Aceste performan\u021be au fost atinse \u00eentr-un an greu, cu provoc\u0103ri multiple \u0219i neobi\u0219nuite. S-a dovedit din nou c\u0103 avem un business solid \u0219i rezilient, \u00een ciuda volatilit\u0103\u021bii pie\u021bei de capital \u0219i a sc\u0103derii economice.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Avem o strategie robust\u0103, bine articulat\u0103 pe termen lung, care se reflect\u0103 \u00een performan\u021b\u0103, la nivelul tuturor activelor administrate. Ne-am concentrat pe aceast\u0103 abordare granular\u0103 a portofoliilor \u0219i am urm\u0103rit at\u00e2t cre\u0219terea performan\u021bei portofoliului listat \u0219i a investi\u021biilor \u00een private equity c\u00e2t \u0219i valorificarea portofoliului istoric. Portofoliul listat, cu o funda\u021bie solid\u0103 format\u0103 din sectoare strategice, financiar-bancar \u0219i energie-utilit\u0103\u021bi, dublat de investi\u021biile \u00een private equity, agribusiness \u0219i imobiliar, creeaz\u0103 un portofoliu cu un raport excep\u021bional risc\/randament, cu profit semnificativ pe termen lung.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Scopul strategiei investi\u021bionale este s\u0103 aducem consisten\u021b\u0103, prin performan\u021ba portofoliului \u0219i constan\u021ba, prin durata performan\u021bei. Plec\u00e2nd de la strategia \u0219i rezultatele prezentate ne-am construit \u0219i ne-am definit noile obiective, cu \u0219i mai multa transparen\u021b\u0103, fapt care ne aduce mai multa \u00eencredere din partea investitorilor, dar \u0219i mai multa responsabilitate din partea noastr\u0103.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Mul\u021bumim ac\u021bionarilor pentru votul \u0219i \u00eencrederea acordate!\u201d,<\/em> a declarat C\u0103t\u0103lin Iancu, Director general adjunct al SIF MOLDOVA.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">*<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Despre SIF Moldova<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>SIF Moldova<\/strong> este Administrator de Fonduri de Investitii Alternative (AFIA) autorizat de Autoritatea de Supraveghere Financiara (ASF) cu nr. 20\/23.01.2018 listat la Bursa de Valori Bucuresti sub simbolul SIF2. Societatea detine un portofoliu de active evaluat la 2.137 milioane lei, la 30 decembrie 2020. Raportat la valoarea total\u0103 a activelor administrate, portofoliul de ac\u021biuni cotate de\u021bine ponderea principal\u0103, de 70.1%, \u00een timp ce ponderea ac\u021biunilor necotate este de 9,9%.
