Evenimentul s-a desf\u0103\u0219urat la finalul s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2nii trecute \u0219i a premiat cei mai relevan\u021bi juc\u0103tori din domeniul cl\u0103dirilor de birouri din Rom\u00e2nia.<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"yiv3717018248MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b><i>\u00a0<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"yiv3717018248MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Premiul a fost oferit mai ales pentru\u00a0<b>Palas Campus<\/b>,\u00a0<b>o investi\u021bie de regenerare urban\u0103 \u00een valoare de peste 120 de milione de euro<\/b>, care a demarat \u00een plin\u0103 pandemie, \u00een vara anului trecut, \u0219i care se construie\u0219te \u00eentr-un ritm alert la Ia\u0219i. Proiectul este dezvoltat \u00eentr-o zon\u0103 central\u0103 nevalorificat\u0103, care va fi revitalizat\u0103 \u0219i redat\u0103 comunit\u0103\u021bii prin extinderea polului de business consolidat \u00een centrul ora\u0219ului.\u00a0<b>Palas Campus<\/b>\u00a0va fi cea mai mare cl\u0103dire de birouri ca suprafa\u021b\u0103 din Rom\u00e2nia, cu\u00a0<b>54.000 mp office premium<\/b>\u00a0\u0219i\u00a0<b>6.000 mp de retail,\u00a0<\/b>\u0219i va fi finalizat\u0103 \u00een 2022. Fiind un proiect amplu, flexibilitatea spa\u021biilor ofer\u0103 oportunit\u0103\u021bi de configurare adaptate contextului actual, at\u00e2t pentru companiile cu echipe numeroase, c\u00e2t \u0219i pentru cele \u00een expansiune.<\/p>\n<p class=\"yiv3717018248MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"yiv3717018248MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Proiectul va genera peste\u00a0<b>5.000 de locuri de munc\u0103 dup\u0103 finalizare<\/b>, iar alte\u00a0<b>1.200 de persoane<\/b>\u00a0vor lucra\u00a0<b>\u00een etapa de construc\u021bie<\/b>. Pe l\u00e2ng\u0103\u00a0<b>spa\u021biile de birouri clasa A<\/b>, investi\u021bia presupune o\u00a0<b>zon\u0103 de food market, servicii de utilitate zilnic\u0103, prezen\u021ba business-urilor locale<\/b>, dar \u0219i un\u00a0<b>parc de 4.500 de mp<\/b>. \u00cen acela\u0219i timp, pentru conectivitatea proiectului \u0219i mobilitatea urban\u0103 vor fi realizate\u00a0<b>investi\u021bii de peste 1,62 milioane de euro<\/b>\u00a0\u00eentr-<b>o nou\u0103 arter\u0103<\/b>, care va conecta dou\u0103 mari bulevarde,\u00a0<b>modernizarea \u0219i l\u0103rgirea a cinci str\u0103zi adiacente<\/b>, dar \u0219i amenajarea a\u00a0<b>650 de metri de piste de ciclism\u00a0<\/b>\u0219i<b>\u00a0peste 500 de locuri de parcare pentru biciclete<\/b>\u00a0\u0219i a unei\u00a0<b>sta\u021bii pentru mijloace de transport public<\/b>. Alte\u00a0<b>33,3 milioane de euro revin parc\u0103rii subterane<\/b>, cu dou\u0103 niveluri \u0219i o capacitate de\u00a0<b>625 de locuri<\/b>.<b><\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"yiv3717018248MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"yiv3717018248MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00cen ultimii zece ani,\u00a0<b>IULIUS s-a impus drept cel mai dinamic dezvoltator \u0219i operator de spa\u021bii office din afara Capitalei<\/b>, afl\u00e2ndu-se<b>\u00a0\u00een topul celor mai importan\u021bi investitori din domeniu la nivel na\u021bional<\/b>.
