{"id":56887,"date":"2021-09-02T15:26:59","date_gmt":"2021-09-02T12:26:59","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/infois.ro\/?p=56887"},"modified":"2021-09-02T15:26:59","modified_gmt":"2021-09-02T12:26:59","slug":"specialistii-universitatii-de-stiintele-vietii-se-implica-in-testarea-produselor-din-carne","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/infois.ro\/?p=56887","title":{"rendered":"Speciali\u0219tii Universit\u0103\u0163ii de \u015etiin\u0163ele Vie\u0163ii se implic\u0103 \u00een testarea produselor din carne"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"http:\/\/infois.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/usamv-iasi-sediu.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft  wp-image-51747\" src=\"http:\/\/infois.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/usamv-iasi-sediu.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"430\" height=\"294\" srcset=\"https:\/\/infois.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/usamv-iasi-sediu.jpg 640w, https:\/\/infois.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/usamv-iasi-sediu-300x205.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 430px) 100vw, 430px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Solicit\u0103rile venite din partea produc\u0103torilor de alimente, agen\u021bilor economici sau b\u0103c\u0103niilor pentru opiniile speciali\u0219tilor Universit\u0103\u021bii de \u0218tiin\u021bele Vie\u021bii \u201eIon Ionescu de la Brad\u201d (USV), bazate pe cercetare \u0219i cunoa\u0219tere, sunt \u00een continu\u0103 cre\u0219tere.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ultimul exemplu \u00een acest sens este al unui produc\u0103tor specializat \u00een ob\u021binerea produselor tradi\u021bionale din carne, de tip crud \u2013 uscat, care a \u00eencheiat un parteneriat cu USV Ia\u0219i\u00a0 pentru o perioad\u0103 de trei ani, prin care \u00ee\u0219i dore\u0219te realizarea celor mai bune produse cu ajutorul cadrelor didactice \u0219i cercet\u0103torilor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00cen laboratorul de control \u0219i expertiz\u0103 a c\u0103rnii \u0219i a produselor din carne, membrii echipei de cercetare realizeaz\u0103 determin\u0103ri ale probelor care le sunt puse la dispozi\u021bie periodic de c\u0103tre partenerii din proiect.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201eProduc\u0103torul, specializat \u00een ob\u021binerea produselor tradi\u021bionale din carne, de tip crud \u2013 uscat, a \u00een\u021beles c\u0103 activit\u0103\u021bile de cercetare, dezvoltare, testare a produselor din portofoliu reprezint\u0103 un factor cheie al succesului pe pia\u021b\u0103. Drept urmare, a \u00eenceput o colaborare cu organiza\u021bia noastr\u0103 de cercetare care are ca scop stimularea transferului de cuno\u0219tin\u021be \u00een domeniul proces\u0103rii c\u0103rnii. \u00cen laboratorul de control \u0219i expertiz\u0103 carne \u0219i a produselor din carne, \u00een cadrul acestui proiect de cercetare pe care-l avem \u00eencheiat cu partenerii no\u0219tri de la Codru Boieresc, test\u0103m produsele lor pentru a reg\u0103si elemente de caracterizare a structurii nutritive, a gradului de prospe\u021bime \u0219i a termenelor de valabilitate. \u00cencerc\u0103m s\u0103 \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021bim fi\u0219ele tehnologice, s\u0103 justific\u0103m structurile nutritive \u0219i parametrii caracteristici pentru identificarea unor produse de o \u00eenalt\u0103 calitate. Foarte important pentru noi este s\u0103 urm\u0103rim dinamica produselor \u00een timp pentru c\u0103 acestea nu au adaos de aditivi, de poten\u021biatori de arom\u0103 sau de elemente ce m\u0103resc structura proteic\u0103 a produsului\u201d, a declarat \u0219ef lucr. dr.
