Investi\u021bia de peste jum\u0103tate de miliard de euro vizeaz\u0103 platforma Carbochim, care va deveni cel mai mare proiect de reconversie urban\u0103 de pe pia\u021ba autohton\u0103. Prin acest demers de dezvoltare urban\u0103, zona industrial\u0103 va fi transformat\u0103 \u00eentr-un spa\u021biu viu al Clujului \u0219i va fi integrat\u0103 ca parte din ora\u0219. Fabrica Carbochim va fi relocat\u0103 \u0219i retehnologizat\u0103 anul acesta, f\u0103r\u0103 perioade de inactivitate. Noul proiect include: cea mai mare suprafa\u021b\u0103 de retail din \u021bar\u0103, de 115.000 mp * un centru cultural dedicat artelor performative * conservarea \u0219i readucerea \u00een circuitul public a dou\u0103 cl\u0103diri de patrimoniu industrial * un model de abordare integrat\u0103 a spa\u021biilor verzi, prin conectarea gr\u0103dinii urbane de peste 4 hectare cu parcurile adiacente \u0219i prin reconfigurarea complet\u0103 a infrastructurii rutiere \u0219i pietonale * un nou pod peste Some\u0219 \u0219i o pasarel\u0103 pietonal\u0103 * eco-cartier integrat \u00eentr-un proiect mixt * infrastructur\u0103 velo-pietonal\u0103 pe malurile Some\u0219ului * consolidarea unui nou pol de business * cea mai mare parcare subteran\u0103 din \u021bar\u0103, cu peste 6.000 de locuri.<\/i><\/b><b><i><\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"yiv7105917257MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b><i>\u00a0<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"yiv7105917257MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dup\u0103\u00a0<b>15 ani de prezen\u021b\u0103 \u00een Cluj-Napoca, IULIUS\u00a0<\/b>lanseaz\u0103\u00a0<b>cel mai amplu proiect autohton de reconversie urban\u0103.<\/b>\u00a0Printr-o investi\u021bie de anvergur\u0103, estimat\u0103 la\u00a0<b>peste jum\u0103tate de miliard de euro<\/b>,\u00a0<b>platforma industrial\u0103 Carbochim va fi convertit\u0103 \u00eentr-o destina\u021bie a ora\u0219ului<\/b>\u00a0\u0219i un spa\u021biu unic de \u00eent\u00e2lnire pentru comunitate. Ca amploare a investi\u021biei, impact \u00een dezvoltarea urban\u0103, dar \u0219i ca varietate a func\u021biunilor incluse,\u00a0<b>acesta va fi cel mai important proiect din Transilvania, dup\u0103 realizarea metroului din Cluj-Napoca.<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"yiv7105917257MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"yiv7105917257MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Carbochim\u00a0<\/b>este\u00a0<b>cel mai mare produc\u0103tor de abrazive profesionale din Rom\u00e2nia. Platforma industrial\u0103<\/b>\u00a0se \u00eentinde pe aproximativ\u00a0<b>14 hectare<\/b>, dintre care suprafa\u021ba utilizat\u0103 \u00een prezent pentru produc\u021bie este sub 30%, iar restul este nevalorificat\u0103 sau rezidual\u0103.\u00a0<b>Fabrica va fi relocat\u0103 anul acesta<\/b>\u00a0\u00een zona industrial\u0103 a ora\u0219ului,\u00a0<b>\u00een fosta hal\u0103 Tricotaje Some\u0219ul<\/b>, din Bulevardul Muncii.\u00a0<b>Peste 5 milioane de euro\u00a0<\/b>vor fi investite<b>\u00a0\u00een relocarea, modernizarea \u0219i retehnologizarea unit\u0103\u021bii de produc\u021bie<\/b>, a c\u0103rei<b>\u00a0activitate nu va fi \u00eentrerupt\u0103.<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"yiv7105917257MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"yiv7105917257MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b><i>\u201eNe dorim s\u0103 red\u0103m ora\u0219ului o parte a sa, transform\u00e2nd platforma Carbochim \u00eentr-un spa\u021biu al \u00eentregii comunit\u0103\u021bi.
