Vremea va fi canicular\u0103, se vor \u00eenregistra temperaturi maxime, \u00een general, \u00eentre 34 \u015fi 39 de grade, iar indicele de temperatur\u0103 &#8211; umezeal\u0103 (ITU) va atinge local \u015fi izolat va dep\u0103\u015fi pragul critic de 80 de unit\u0103\u0163i, anun\u021b\u0103 \u00eentr-un comunicat Institu\u021bia Prefectului Jude\u021bului Ia\u0219i. Av\u00e2nd \u00een vedere aceste aspecte, autorit\u0103\u021bile locale fac o serie de recomand\u0103ri popula\u021biei pentru evitarea situa\u021biilor nepl\u0103cute cauzate de canicul\u0103:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; Deplas\u0103rile sunt recomandate \u00een primele ore ale dimine\u0163ii sau seara, pe c\u00e2t posibil prin zone umbrite, altern\u00e2nd deplasarea cu repausul, \u00een spa\u0163ii dotate cu aer condi\u0163ionat (magazine, spatii publice);<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; Evita\u0163i aglomera\u0163iile, expunerea la soare, efortul fizic intens \u00eentre orele 11.00-18.00;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; Purta\u0163i haine lejere, sub\u0163iri, deschise la culoare, p\u0103l\u0103rii \u015fi ochelari de soare;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; Consuma\u0163i 1,5-2 litri de lichide pe zi, nu prea reci, ap\u0103, sucuri naturale din fructe \u015fi ceaiuri c\u0103ldu\u0163e (soc, mu\u015fe\u0163el, urzici);<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; M\u00e2nca\u0163i fructe \u015fi legume (pepene, prune, ro\u015fii) sau iaurt (echivalentul unui pahar cu ap\u0103); m\u00e2nca\u0163i echilibrat \u015fi variat insist\u00e2nd pe produsele cu valoare caloric\u0103 mic\u0103;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; Evita\u0163i b\u0103uturile ce con\u0163in cofein\u0103 (cafea, ceai, cola) sau zah\u0103r (sucurile carbogazoase) \u00een cantitate mare;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; Evita\u0163i alimentele cu un con\u0163inut sporit de gr\u0103simi, \u00een special de origine animal\u0103;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; Nu consuma\u0163i alcool (inclusiv bere) \u2013 v\u0103 deshidrateaz\u0103 \u015fi v\u0103 transform\u0103 \u00eentr-o poten\u0163ial\u0103 victim\u0103 a caniculei;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; Men\u0163ine\u0163i leg\u0103tura cu persoanele \u00een v\u00e2rst\u0103 (rude, vecini, persoane cu dizabilit\u0103\u0163i), interes\u00e2ndu-v\u0103 de starea de s\u0103n\u0103tate a acestora \u015fi oferi\u0163i-le asisten\u0163\u0103 ori de c\u00e2te ori au nevoie;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; Nu l\u0103sa\u0163i copiii\/animalele de companie singuri\/singure \u00een autoturisme;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; Cere\u0163i sfatul medicului de familie la cel mai mic semn de suferin\u0163\u0103, manifestat de dumneavoastr\u0103 sau copilul dumneavoastr\u0103;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; Crea\u0163i un ambient care s\u0103 nu suprasolicite capacitatea de adaptare a organismului;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; Persoanele care sufer\u0103 de diferite afec\u0163iunii \u00ee\u015fi vor continua tratamentul, conform indica\u0163iilor medicului.
