Odat\u0103 cu cur\u0103\u021barea fizic\u0103 \u0219i spiritual\u0103, cu \u00eenlocuirea alimentelor de origine animal\u0103 cu cele vegetale, \u00een aceast\u0103 perioad\u0103 nu trebuie s\u0103 uit\u0103m de bolile infec\u021bioase \u0219i s\u0103 avem \u00een continuare o igien\u0103 riguroas\u0103.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;Una dintre cele mai grave patologii infec\u021bioase ce poate ap\u0103rea \u00een aceast\u0103 perioad\u0103 este botulismul, o afec\u021biune extrem de grav\u0103, avertizeaz\u0103 medicii. Botulismul este provocat de o toxin\u0103 produs\u0103 de <em>Clostridium botulinum<\/em>, care poate fi contactat\u0103 prin ingestia de alimente contaminate sau dac\u0103 o ran\u0103 deschis\u0103 intr\u0103 \u00een contact cu sporii acestei bacterii&#8221;, afirm\u0103 medicul Florin Ro\u015fu, managerul Spitalului de Boli Infec\u0163ioase &#8220;Sf\u00e2nta Parascheva&#8221; din Ia\u015fi. .<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tratamentul trebuie instituit precoce, \u00eent\u00e2rzierea acestuia put\u00e2nd duce la paralizie, dificult\u0103\u021bi de respira\u021bie \u0219i deces. Aproximativ 1\/5 din cazurile suspecte de botulism sunt provocate de alimente ce con\u021bin toxina botulinic\u0103 care a fost identificat\u0103 \u00een conserve ce con\u021bineau sfecl\u0103, spanac, ciuperci, fasole verde, zacusc\u0103, pe\u0219te.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;Cel mai frecvent determin\u0103 apari\u021bia acestei patologii produsele ce con\u021bin pe\u0219te afumat \u0219i s\u0103rat, miere preparat\u0103 \u00een condi\u021bii de anaerobioz\u0103, toate acestea fiind propice pentru producerea toxinei botulinice. Simptomele difer\u0103 \u00een func\u021bie de poarta de intrare, pot ap\u0103rea\u00a0 \u00eentr-un interval cuprins de la c\u00e2teva ore, la 1-2 sau chiar dup\u0103 mai multe zile de la ingestia alimentului contaminat. Pacien\u021bii prezint\u0103 grea\u021b\u0103, v\u0103rs\u0103turi, scaune diareice sau constipa\u021bie, dureri abdominale intense, atonie, paralizie a membrelor, vedere \u00eence\u021bo\u0219at\u0103, paralizii ale nervilor faciali, stare de somnolen\u021b\u0103, dificult\u0103\u021bi motorii, probleme respiratorii. \u00cen cazul \u00een care pacientul prezint\u0103 oricare dintre simptomele men\u021bionate mai sus, trebuie s\u0103 con\u0219tientizeze faptul c\u0103 prezen\u021ba la medic este obligatorie.
