Astfel, \u00een conformitate cu prevederile Ordonan\u021bei de Guvern (OG) nr. 20\/1994, Serviciul Asocia\u0163ii Proprietari al Prim\u0103riei Municipiului Ia\u0219i a notificat asocia\u021biile de proprietari din municipiu care administreaz\u0103 imobile \u00eencadrate \u00een clasele I \u0219i II de risc seismic s\u0103 \u00ee\u0219i realizeze \/ actualizeze expertizele tehnice \u0219i energetice \u0219i s\u0103 le comunice municipalit\u0103\u021bii. De asemenea, \u00een conformitate cu prevederile Legii nr. 212\/2022 privind unele m\u0103suri pentru reducerea riscului seismic al cl\u0103dirilor \u0219i ale Ordinului nr. 2.853\/2022 pentru aprobarea Normelor metodologice de aplicare a legii men\u021bionate, Serviciul Asocia\u021bii Proprietari a notificat \u00een luna decembrie a anului trecut toate cele 2.000 de asocia\u021bii de proprietari din municipiul Ia\u0219i s\u0103 realizeze \/ actualizeze expertizele tehnice ale imobilelor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Conducerea municipalit\u0103\u0163ii reaminte\u015fte c\u0103, potrivit articolului 3, alineatul (1), din Legea 212\/2022, \u201eproprietarii cl\u0103dirilor, persoane fizice sau juridice, \u0219i asocia\u021biile de proprietari, precum \u0219i persoanele juridice care au \u00een administrare cl\u0103diri au urm\u0103toarele obliga\u021bii:<\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>s\u0103 asigure urm\u0103rirea comport\u0103rii \u00een exploatare a cl\u0103dirilor din proprietate sau administrare, \u00een condi\u021biile legii, \u00een vederea identific\u0103rii din timp a unor degrad\u0103ri care conduc la diminuarea aptitudinii la exploatare;<\/li>\n<li>s\u0103 asigure expertizarea tehnic\u0103, de c\u0103tre exper\u021bi tehnici atesta\u021bi pentru cerin\u021ba fundamental\u0103 rezisten\u021b\u0103 mecanic\u0103 \u0219i stabilitate, a cl\u0103dirilor existente cu vulnerabilitate seismic\u0103 identificat\u0103 ca urmare a evalu\u0103rii vizuale rapide, \u00een vederea \u00eencadr\u0103rii \u00eentr-o clas\u0103 de risc seismic \u0219i fundament\u0103rii m\u0103surilor de interven\u021bie;<\/li>\n<li>s\u0103 asigure transmiterea concluziilor raportului de expertiz\u0103 tehnic\u0103 \u0219i a \u00eencadr\u0103rii cl\u0103dirii \u00eentr-o clas\u0103 de risc seismic c\u0103tre autorit\u0103\u021bile administra\u021biei publice locale competente (&#8230;)\u201d.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Aceste expertize tehnice sunt necesare \u00een vederea ader\u0103rii asocia\u021biilor de proprietari la Programul na\u021bional de consolidare a cl\u0103dirilor cu risc seismic ridicat, legiferat prin cele dou\u0103 acte normative men\u021bionate \u0219i implementat de Ministerul Dezvolt\u0103rii, Lucr\u0103rilor Publice \u0219i Administra\u021biei&#8221;, se precizeaz\u0103 \u00eentr-un comunicat semnat de Biroul de pres\u0103 al Prim\u0103riei Municipiului Ia\u015fi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00cen alt\u0103 ordine de idei, \u00een document se mai spune c\u0103, \u00een urma unor sesiz\u0103ri venite de la proprietari \u0219i a verific\u0103rilor \u00een teren a reie\u0219it c\u0103 exist\u0103 imobile care au prin proiectul de execu\u021bie c\u0103i secundare de ie\u0219ire care sunt anulate \/ blocate. Pe de alt\u0103 parte, normativele \u00een vigoare stabilesc care dintre ie\u0219irile din casa sc\u0103rilor din imobile au destina\u021bia de c\u0103i de evacuare.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;Ca urmare, Serviciul Asocia\u021bii Proprietari a notificat asocia\u021biile de proprietari s\u0103 analizeze care este destina\u021bia ini\u021bial\u0103 a ie\u0219irilor secundare din imobil \u0219i, \u00een cazul \u00een care acestea sunt c\u0103i de evacuare, s\u0103 ia m\u0103suri pentru deblocarea lor \u00een termen de maxim 30 de zile. Mr. Irimia Popescu nr. 18&#8221;, se precizeaz\u0103 \u00een document.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00cen \u00eencheiere, reprezentan\u0163ii Prim\u0103riei anun\u0163\u0103 c\u0103 Direc\u021bia Fond Locativ continu\u0103 expertizarea imobilelor aflate in administrare. Astfel, \u00een cursul acestui an. direc\u021bia urmeaz\u0103 s\u0103 realizeze documenta\u021bia pentru execu\u021bia lucr\u0103rilor de consolidare a c\u0103minelor de locuin\u021be sociale din str. Decebal nr. 1 \u0219i str. Bularga nr. 14 A, precum \u0219i a caselor din str. Alb\u0103 nr. 4 si str.
