{"id":71654,"date":"2023-06-13T09:37:58","date_gmt":"2023-06-13T06:37:58","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/infois.ro\/?p=71654"},"modified":"2023-06-14T09:40:03","modified_gmt":"2023-06-14T06:40:03","slug":"12-produse-alimentare-inovative-la-ecotrophelia-2023-competitie-organizata-de-usv","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/infois.ro\/?p=71654","title":{"rendered":"12 produse alimentare inovative la ECOTROPHELIA 2023, competi\u021bie organizat\u0103 de USV"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-71655 alignleft\" src=\"http:\/\/infois.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/ecotrophelia-1-390x195.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"390\" height=\"195\" srcset=\"https:\/\/infois.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/ecotrophelia-1-390x195.jpg 390w, https:\/\/infois.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/ecotrophelia-1.jpg 640w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 390px) 100vw, 390px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">12 echipe cu tot at\u00e2tea produse alimentare inovative, respectiv \u201ePuffin\u201d, \u201eMeatatelli\u201d, \u201eOystermashedroom\u201d, \u201eWAW JellyCandies\u201d, \u201eEcoCrunch\u201d, \u201eArtizanii Gustului\u201d, \u201eVelvetLavania\u201d, \u201eJulfFIT\u201d, \u201eInnoCandy\u201d, \u201eColor-Griss\u201d, \u201eRevolutionaryButchers\u201d \u0219i \u201eOmega3 Bologna Sausage\u201d s-au \u00eenscris la cea de-a IX-a edi\u0163ie a Concursului Na\u021bional ECOTROPHELIA Rom\u00e2nia 2023, \u00eentrecere studen\u021beasc\u0103 pentru crearea de noi produse alimentare, care va avea loc \u00een perioada 15-17 iunie la Universitatea de \u015etiin\u0163ele Vie\u0163ii &#8220;Ion Ionescu de la Brad&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Organizat\u0103 de USV Ia\u015fi \u00een parteneriat cu Asocia\u0163ia Speciali\u0219tilor de Industrie Alimentar\u0103 din Rom\u00e2nia (ASIAR), la competi\u0163ie particip\u0103 reprezentan\u0163i din cinci centre universitare (12 echipe, 59 de studen\u021bi \u015fi 23 de coordonatori).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Concursul se anun\u021b\u0103 a fi unul foarte str\u00e2ns, \u00eentruc\u00e2t c\u00e2\u015ftig\u0103torii fazei na\u021bionale de la USV Ia\u0219i vor reprezenta Rom\u00e2nia la Concursul Interna\u021bional \u201eECOTROPHELIA EUROPE 2023\u201d, care va avea loc \u00een perioada 8 &#8211; 9 octombrie la Koln (Germania).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Deschiderea oficial\u0103 a ECOTROPHELIA 2023 va avea loc joi, 15 iunie, \u00een\u00a0 Aula Magna \u201eHaralamb Vasiliu\u201d a Universit\u0103\u0163ii de \u015etiin\u0163ele Vie\u0163ii &#8220;Ion Ionescu de la Brad&#8221;, de la ora 10.00, iar prezentarea public\u0103 a produselor \u00eenscrise \u00een concurs va avea loc \u00een foaierul Aulei Magna, cu \u00eencepere de la ora 11.00. Tot pentru data de 15 iunie au fost prev\u0103zute prezent\u0103rile \u00een plen, urm\u00e2nd ca jurizarea produselor \u00eenscrise \u00een competi\u021bie \u0219i decernarea premiilor s\u0103 aib\u0103 loc vineri, pe 16 iunie 2023.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">ECOTROPHELIA EUROPE 2023, faza na\u021bional\u0103 de la USV Ia\u0219i \u00eel are ca pre\u0219edinte al juriului pe C\u0103t\u0103lin B\u00ceLB\u00ceE de la SC EXPERGO BUSINESS NETWORK SRL, iar ca membri pe Adrian DOBRE de la MULTIVAC Rom\u00e2nia, Irina Mihaela MATRAN de la Universitatea de Medicin\u0103, Farmacie, \u0218tiin\u021be \u0219i Tehnologie \u201eGeorge Emil Palade\u201d din T\u00e2rgu Mure\u0219, Cecilia Oana \u021aUGULIA de la Asocia\u021bia produc\u0103torilor locali produs \u00een Ia\u0219i \u0219i Paul Corneliu BOI\u0218TEANU de la USV Ia\u0219i.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201ePentru trei zile, putem spune c\u0103 centrul industriei alimentare se va muta la Ia\u0219i. To\u021bi cei care proiecteaz\u0103 \u0219i concep fi\u0219e tehnologice ale produselor alimentare au \u00een vedere ca acestea s\u0103 fie func\u021bionale, cu valori nutritive ridicate \u0219i care \u021bin cont de conceptele de sustenabilitate. Ne mai dorim ca toate produsele ce vor fi \u00een competi\u021bie s\u0103 fie brevetate \u0219i s\u0103 se reg\u0103seasc\u0103 c\u00e2t mai cur\u00e2nd \u00een liniile de produc\u021bie, av\u00e2nd \u00een vedere c\u0103 aproape toate echipele au \u00eencheiate contracte de parteneriate cu unit\u0103\u021bi procesatoare\u201d, a declarat \u0219ef lucr. dr. Marius Ciobanu, Facultatea de Agricultur\u0103 a USV Ia\u0219i.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Concursul are drept scop \u00eencurajarea creativit\u0103\u021bii studen\u021bilor \u00een dezvoltarea unor produse alimentare eco-inovative, de calitate, destinate consumului uman, prietenoase cu mediul \u00eenconjur\u0103tor \u0219i este deschis\u0103 tuturor studen\u021bilor \u00eenscri\u0219i la programele de studii de licen\u021b\u0103 \u0219i masterat.
