Evita\u021bi, pe c\u00e2t posibil, expunerea prelungit\u0103 la soare \u00eentre orele 11 \u2013 18.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; Dac\u0103 ave\u021bi aer condi\u021bionat, regla\u021bi aparatul astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t temperatura s\u0103 fie cu 5 grade mai mic\u0103 dec\u00e2t temperatura ambiental\u0103.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; Ventilatoarele nu trebuie folosite dac\u0103 temperatura aerului dep\u0103\u0219e\u0219te 32 de grade Celsius.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; Dac\u0103 nu ave\u021bi aer condi\u021bionat \u00een locuin\u021b\u0103, la locul de munc\u0103, petrece\u021bi 2-3 ore zilnic \u00een spa\u021bii care beneficiaz\u0103 de aer condi\u021bionat (spa\u021bii publice, magazine).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; Purta\u021bi p\u0103l\u0103rii de soare, haine lejere \u0219i ample, din fibre naturale, de culori deschise.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; Pe parcursul zilei face\u021bi du\u0219uri c\u0103ldu\u021be, f\u0103r\u0103 a v\u0103 \u0219terge de ap\u0103.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; Be\u021bi zilnic \u00eentre 1,5 \u2013 2 litri de lichide, f\u0103r\u0103 a a\u0219tepta s\u0103 apar\u0103 senza\u021bia de sete. \u00cen perioadele de canicul\u0103 se recomand\u0103 consumul unui pahar de ap\u0103 (sau echivalentul acestuia) la fiecare 15 \u2013 20 de minute.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; Nu consuma\u021bi alcool, deoarece acesta favorizeaz\u0103 deshidratarea \u0219i diminueaz\u0103 capacitatea de lupt\u0103 a organismului \u00eempotriva c\u0103ldurii.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; Evita\u021bi b\u0103uturile care au un con\u021binut ridicat de cofein\u0103 (cafea, ceai, cola) sau de zah\u0103r (sucuri r\u0103coritoare carbogazoase) deoarece acestea sunt diuretice.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; Consuma\u021bi fructe \u0219i legume proaspete (pepene galben, ro\u0219u, prune, castrave\u021bi, ro\u0219ii) deoarece acestea con\u021bin o mare cantitate de ap\u0103.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; O doz\u0103 de iaurt produce aceea\u0219i hidratare ca \u0219i un pahar de ap\u0103.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; Evita\u021bi activit\u0103\u021bile \u00een exterior care necesit\u0103 un consum mare de energie (sport, gr\u0103din\u0103rit etc.).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; Ave\u021bi grij\u0103 de persoanele dependente de voi (copii, v\u00e2rstnici, persoane cu dizabilit\u0103\u021bi) oferindu-le, \u00een mod regulat lichide, chiar dac\u0103 nu vi le solicit\u0103.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; \u00cenchide\u021bi ferestrele expuse la soare, trage\u021bi jaluzelele \u0219i\/sau draperiile;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; \u021aine\u021bi ferestrele \u00eenchise pe toat\u0103 perioada c\u00e2t temperatura exterioar\u0103 este superioar\u0103 celei din locuin\u021b\u0103;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; Deschide\u021bi ferestrele seara t\u00e2rziu, noaptea \u0219i diminea\u021ba devreme, provoc\u00e2nd curen\u021bi de aer, pe perioada c\u00e2t temperatura exterioar\u0103 este inferioar\u0103 celei din locuin\u021b\u0103;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; Stinge\u021bi sau sc\u0103de\u021bi intensitatea luminii artificiale;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; \u00cenchide\u021bi orice aparat electrocasnic de care nu ave\u021bi nevoie.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\" start=\"3\">\n<li><strong> Recomand\u0103ri pentru prevenirea apari\u021biei de \u00eemboln\u0103viri \u00een r\u00e2ndul copiilor<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>a) Pentru sugari si copii mici:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; realizarea unui ambient c\u00e2t mai normal, ferit de c\u0103ldura, umiditate excesiv\u0103 \u015fi curen\u021bi de aer;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; sistemul de alimenta\u021bie avut p\u00e2n\u0103 \u00een acel moment nu trebuie modificat prin introducerea de alimente noi \u00een aceast\u0103 perioad\u0103;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; se va realiza hidratarea corespunz\u0103toare, iar pentru sugari mama va al\u0103pta ori de c\u00e2te ori sugarul solicit\u0103;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; copilul va fi \u00eembr\u0103cat lejer, cu h\u0103inu\u021be din materiale din fibre naturale comode;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; nu va fi scos din cas\u0103 dec\u00e2t \u00een afar\u0103 perioadelor caniculare din zi, \u015fi obligatoriu cu c\u0103ciuli\u021ba pe cap;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; copiii vor primi ap\u0103 plat\u0103 sau ap\u0103 cu propriet\u0103\u021bi organoleptice corespunz\u0103toare, ceai foarte slab \u00eendulcit, fructele proaspete \u0219i foarte bine sp\u0103late;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; mamele care al\u0103pteaz\u0103 trebuie s\u0103 se hidrateze corespunz\u0103tor cu ap\u0103 plat\u0103 sau ap\u0103 cu propriet\u0103\u021bi organoleptice corespunz\u0103toare, ceai slab \u00eendulcit, sucuri naturale de fructe f\u0103cute \u00een casa f\u0103r\u0103 adaos de conservan\u021bi. Se va evita \u00een acela\u0219i timp consumul de cafea sau alcool;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">la cel mai mic semn de suferin\u0163\u0103 al copilului sau al mamei, ace\u015ftia se vor prezenta la medicul de familie care va decide conduita terapeutic\u0103;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; aten\u0163ie deosebit\u0103 se va acorda condi\u0163iilor de igien\u0103 at\u00e2t pentru copil c\u00e2t \u0219i pentru mam\u0103.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Copilul va fi \u0163inut cu hainu\u0163e sau scutece curate \u015fi uscate;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">copiilor pre\u015fcolari li se vor face du\u015furi cu ap\u0103 la temperatura camerei.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-72557 alignleft\" src=\"http:\/\/infois.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/canicula-7-390x219.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"390\" height=\"219\" srcset=\"https:\/\/infois.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/canicula-7-390x219.jpg 390w, https:\/\/infois.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/canicula-7-140x80.jpg 140w, https:\/\/infois.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/canicula-7.jpg 640w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 390px) 100vw, 390px\" \/><\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\" start=\"4\">\n<li><strong> Recomand\u0103ri pentru persoanele v\u00e2rstnice \u015fi cu afec\u021biuni cronice<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; crearea unui ambient care s\u0103 nu suprasolicite capacitatea de adaptare al organismului;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; hidratare corespunz\u0103toare cu ap\u0103 plat\u0103 sau ap\u0103 cu propriet\u0103\u021bi organoleptice corespunz\u0103toare, ceai slab \u00eendulcit, sucuri naturale de fructe f\u0103cute \u00een cas\u0103 f\u0103r\u0103 adaos de conservan\u021bi;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; alimenta\u021bia va fi predominat din legume \u015fi fructe proaspete;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; se vor consuma numai alimente proaspete din magazinele care dispun de instala\u021bii frigorifice func\u021bionale de p\u0103strare al alimentelor. Se va evita consumul alimentelor u\u015for perisabile;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; este interzis consumul de alcool \u015fi cafea \u00een timpul caniculei;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; se va evita circula\u021bia \u00een perioadele de v\u00e2rf ale caniculei, sau dac\u0103 este absolut necesar se va folosi \u00eembr\u0103c\u0103minte u\u0219oar\u0103 din fibre naturale, precum \u015fi p\u0103l\u0103rii de protec\u021bie pe cap;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; persoanele care sufer\u0103 de anumite afec\u021biuni medicale \u00ee\u015fi vor continua tratamentul conform indica\u021biilor medicului curant.
