{"id":73668,"date":"2023-09-07T15:08:05","date_gmt":"2023-09-07T12:08:05","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/infois.ro\/?p=73668"},"modified":"2023-09-07T15:08:05","modified_gmt":"2023-09-07T12:08:05","slug":"numar-unic-de-telefon-privind-beneficiile-de-asistenta-sociala-acordate-de-ajpis","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/infois.ro\/?p=73668","title":{"rendered":"Num\u0103r unic de telefon privind beneficiile de asisten\u0163\u0103 social\u0103 acordate de AJPIS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-73669 alignleft\" src=\"http:\/\/infois.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/beneficii-ajpis-390x266.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"390\" height=\"266\" srcset=\"https:\/\/infois.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/beneficii-ajpis-390x266.jpg 390w, https:\/\/infois.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/beneficii-ajpis.jpg 640w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 390px) 100vw, 390px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Agen\u021bia Na\u021bional\u0103 pentru Pl\u0103\u021bi \u0219i Inspec\u021bie Social\u0103 (ANPIS) pune la dispoizi\u0163ia publicului num\u0103rul unic de telefon 021 93 09 la care cei interesa\u0163i pot afla informa\u021bii despre beneficiile de asisten\u021b\u0103 social\u0103, acordate de aceast\u0103 institu\u0163ie prin cele cele 41 de agen\u021bii teritoriale \u0219i cea a municipiului Bucure\u0219ti.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Serviciul de call center cu acoperire na\u021bional\u0103 asigur\u0103 o comunicare eficient\u0103 \u0219i unitar\u0103 cu cei peste 12 milioane de beneficiari, privind plata beneficiilor de asisten\u021b\u0103 social\u0103, respectiv m\u0103surile aplicate clien\u021bilor casnici de energie electric\u0103 \u0219i gaze naturale, acordate lunar, \u00een valoare de peste 2,75 miliarde lei.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dezvoltarea acestui sistem operativ de comunicare rapid\u0103 vizeaz\u0103 \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u0163irea calit\u0103\u0163ii serviciilor oferite direct cet\u0103\u0163enilor, prin preluarea sesiz\u0103rilor\/solicit\u0103rilor telefonice.
