La eveniment au participat autorul, Drago\u0219 Iliescu, profesor universitar, specialist \u00een psihologie aplicat\u0103 \u00een context ocupa\u021bional \u0219i \u00een testarea \u0219i evaluarea psihologic\u0103 \u0219i educa\u021bional\u0103, al\u0103turi de Prof. Dr. Liliana Romaniuc, formator, designer de programe de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare pentru profesioni\u0219tii din educa\u021bie \u0219i Fondatoare a Asocia\u021biei Rom\u00e2ne de Litera\u021bie. Cartea a ap\u0103rut sub umbrela Editurii Humanitas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Principalul obiectiv al acestei lucr\u0103ri este de a prezenta subiectul evalu\u0103rii standardizate \u00eentr-o manier\u0103 accesibil\u0103 pentru o gam\u0103 larg\u0103 de cititori \u0219i mai u\u0219or de \u00een\u021beles. Totodat\u0103, creeaz\u0103 o perspectiv\u0103 echilibrat\u0103 \u00een ceea ce prive\u0219te testarea standardizat\u0103 \u00een educa\u021bie \u0219i eviden\u021biaz\u0103 numeroasele avantaje pe care le poate aduce sistemului educa\u021bional din Rom\u00e2nia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-75514 alignright\" src=\"http:\/\/infois.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/testarea-standardizata-3-390x293.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"390\" height=\"293\" srcset=\"https:\/\/infois.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/testarea-standardizata-3-390x293.jpg 390w, https:\/\/infois.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/testarea-standardizata-3.jpg 640w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 390px) 100vw, 390px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201eO evolu\u021bie care ar trebui s\u0103 fie absorbit\u0103 rapid de sistemul de educa\u021bie, dar \u0219i de p\u0103rin\u021bi, profesori, elevi, c\u0103ci este \u00een beneficiul lor, este mai degrab\u0103 \u021binut\u0103 la u\u0219\u0103, pentru c\u0103 nu o \u00een\u021belegem. Ce nu \u00een\u021belegem, ne sperie, asta e absolut natural. Nu \u00een\u021belegem, ne sperie \u0219i atunci ce putem s\u0103 facem? Astfel s-a n\u0103scut ideea acestei c\u0103r\u021bi, iar inten\u021bia a fost s\u0103 fac, pe c\u00e2t posibil, subiectul acesta inteligibil, ignor\u00e2nd aspectele dure, tehnice, \u00een primul r\u00e2nd profesorilor, c\u0103ci ei vor trebui s\u0103 accepte sau s\u0103 hot\u0103rasc\u0103 faptul c\u0103 nu vor s\u0103 accepte aceast\u0103 evolu\u021bie. Oricine este interesat de educa\u021bie ar trebui s\u0103 aib\u0103 \u00een vizor \u0219i modul \u00een care ar trebui s\u0103 arate o evaluare coerent\u0103\u201d, spune Prof. Univ. Dr. Drago\u0219 Iliescu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cartea &#8220;Testarea Standardizat\u0103 \u00een Educa\u021bie&#8221; \u00ee\u0219i propune s\u0103 ofere o \u00een\u021belegere precis\u0103 a subiectului, \u00een contextul \u00een care pot fi adesea confundate cu \u201etestele-gril\u0103\u201d, testele standardizate reprezent\u00e2nd, de fapt,\u00a0 instrumente de m\u0103surare versatile, bazate pe \u0219tiin\u021b\u0103 serioas\u0103, aplicat\u0103 cu mult\u0103 grij\u0103 nu doar pentru a oferi m\u0103surare obiectiv\u0103, ci \u0219i pentru a oferi \u0219anse egale tuturor elevilor testa\u021bi. Aplica\u021biile testelor standardizate \u00een \u0219coal\u0103 sunt multiple \u0219i generoase, fiind necesare \u00een educa\u021bia modern\u0103. Dac\u0103 evaluarea este riguroas\u0103, obiectiv\u0103, corect\u0103 \u0219i dac\u0103 este urmat\u0103 de decizii care s\u0103 conduc\u0103 la \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021birea \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103rii, toate acestea vor avea impact pozitiv asupra atitudinii, interesului \u0219i motiva\u021biei elevilor pentru \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare. \u00cen opinia mea, este imperativ s\u0103 reg\u00e2ndim modul \u00een care facem evaluarea \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103rii \u00een \u0219coal\u0103 \u0219i, \u00een egal\u0103 m\u0103sur\u0103, s\u0103 avem standarde de notare. Elevii, p\u0103rin\u021bii, societatea au nevoie de informa\u021bii credibile cu privire la nivelul real de preg\u0103tire al absolven\u021bilor, dar \u0219i cu privire la progresul \u00een \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare al copiilor \u0219i tinerilor \u00een timpul programelor de studii. Avem nevoie de evaluare fundamentat\u0103 pe studii \u0219i cercet\u0103ri serioase\u201d, a spus Prof. Dr. Liliana Romaniuc.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Lucrarea este structurat\u0103 \u00een mai multe capitole, oferind o analiz\u0103 detaliat\u0103 a diferitelor aspecte ale evalu\u0103rii standardizate: &#8220;Introducere \u00een evaluarea standardizat\u0103&#8221;, &#8220;Domenii ale evalu\u0103rii standardizate&#8221;, &#8220;Efecte pozitive ale evalu\u0103rii standardizate&#8221;, &#8220;Riscuri, efecte perverse (\u0219i alte preocup\u0103ri legitime legate de evaluarea standardizat\u0103)&#8221;, &#8220;Dezvoltarea testelor standardizate \u0219i asigurarea calit\u0103\u021bii&#8221; \u0219i &#8220;Alternative la testarea standardizat\u0103&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Impactul folosirii test\u0103rii standardizate asupra profesorilor<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00cen anul 2016, Ministerul Educa\u021biei publica un raport din care reie\u0219ea faptul c\u0103 un profesor din mediul gimnazial folose\u0219te 16 ore pe s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2n\u0103 pentru activit\u0103\u021bi legate de evaluare, \u00eentr-un fel sau altul: g\u00e2ndind teste, aplic\u00e2nd teste, scor\u00e2nd teste, oferind feedback la teste. 16 ore \u00eenseamn\u0103 mai mult de o treime din timpul s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2nal al profesorilor de la clas\u0103. \u00cen cadrul prezent\u0103rii publice, s-a adus \u00een discu\u021bie \u00een ce m\u0103sur\u0103 aceasta poate fi considerat\u0103 ca o investi\u021bie ra\u021bional\u0103 a timpului, concluzia fiind c\u0103 aceste ore ar putea fi investite \u00een capacitatea profesorului, \u00een timpul s\u0103u, pentru a face educa\u021bie \u0219i nu evaluare.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nDrago\u0219 Iliescu este autor a peste 200 de articole \u0219tiin\u021bifice, capitole de carte \u0219i c\u0103r\u021bi. Pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 cariera academic\u0103, acesta a fost activ \u00een consultan\u021b\u0103 de\u2011a lungul ultimilor 25 de ani, fiind implicat \u00een sau conduc\u00e2nd un num\u0103r de proiecte importante privind testarea \u0219i evaluarea psihologic\u0103 \u0219i educa\u021bional\u0103, \u00een contexte comerciale sau guvernamentale, \u00een Europa, Asia, Africa \u0219i America de Sud.
