{"id":77002,"date":"2024-02-20T15:55:11","date_gmt":"2024-02-20T13:55:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/infois.ro\/?p=77002"},"modified":"2024-02-20T15:55:11","modified_gmt":"2024-02-20T13:55:11","slug":"inca-o-bataie-de-joc-proiectul-autostrazii-a8-sectorul-motca-letcani-ungheni","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/infois.ro\/?p=77002","title":{"rendered":"\u00cenc\u0103 o b\u0103taie de joc: proiectul Autostr\u0103zii A8,  Sectorul Mo\u021bca-Le\u021bcani-Ungheni"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-77003 alignleft\" src=\"http:\/\/infois.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/autostrada-a8-390x157.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"390\" height=\"157\" srcset=\"https:\/\/infois.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/autostrada-a8-390x157.jpg 390w, https:\/\/infois.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/autostrada-a8.jpg 640w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 390px) 100vw, 390px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00cen spa\u021biul public \u0219i civic este exprimat\u0103 din ce \u00een ce mai mult revolta cet\u0103\u021benilor din jude\u021bul Ia\u0219i fa\u021b\u0103 de \u00eent\u00e2rzierile tot mai mari \u00een derularea celei mai importante investi\u021bii din jude\u021b: Autostrada Unirii A8, Sectorul Mo\u021bca-Le\u021bcani-Ungheni.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pentru dezvoltarea viitoare a Regiunii Nord-Est &#8211; al c\u0103rei comer\u021b exterior se desf\u0103\u0219oar\u0103 \u00een propor\u021bie de 70-80% spre Vest, cu Europa occidental\u0103 &#8211; nici nu mai conteaz\u0103 cum \u0219i cui i se mai paseaz\u0103 responsabilitatea \u0219i dac\u0103 aceste \u00eent\u00e2rzieri sunt premeditate, sunt din lips\u0103 de interes, sunt din rea voin\u021b\u0103, sunt din exces birocratic sau sunt din incompeten\u021b\u0103 profesional\u0103.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cert este c\u0103 viitorul Regiunii Nord-Est este afectat pe foarte mul\u021bi ani de acum \u00eenainte, c\u0103 este \u00eenc\u0103lcat dreptul la condi\u021bii de competitivitate egal\u0103 de dezvoltare comparativ cu celelalte Euroregiuni, c\u0103 practic locuitorii acestei p\u0103r\u021bi din Rom\u00e2nia vor fi \u00een continuare condamna\u021bi la a r\u0103m\u00e2ne departe de condi\u021biile de calitate a vie\u021bii economico-sociale asigurate celorlal\u021bi rom\u00e2ni sau europeni.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Colegiul de Conducere al Camerei de Comer\u021b \u0219i Industrie Ia\u0219i atrage \u00eens\u0103 aten\u021bia \u0219i asupra lipsei de strategie \u0219i de viziune \u00een proiectarea Autostr\u0103zii\u00a0 A8.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-77004 alignright\" src=\"http:\/\/infois.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/autostrada-a8-traseu-2021-390x157.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"390\" height=\"157\" srcset=\"https:\/\/infois.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/autostrada-a8-traseu-2021-390x157.jpg 390w, https:\/\/infois.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/autostrada-a8-traseu-2021.jpg 640w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 390px) 100vw, 390px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Concret, pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 \u00eent\u00e2rzierea uria\u0219\u0103 a acestei investi\u021bii care este cauzat\u0103 de tergiversarea de neimaginat a studiilor de specialitate, se poate constata c\u0103 aceste studii sunt lipsite de o viziune dedicat\u0103 cu adev\u0103rat binelui public, baz\u00e2ndu-se pe o superficial\u0103 documentare a situa\u021biilor, conexiunilor \u0219i particularit\u0103\u021bilor de pe traseul propus, a fluxurilor de circula\u021bie urban\u0103, metropolitan\u0103, regional\u0103,\u00a0 a realit\u0103\u021bilor din activitatea economico-social\u0103 \u0219i a tendin\u021belor de dezvoltare investi\u021bional\u0103 a Ia\u0219ului!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Reiter\u0103m exemplul de viziune al drumului expres ce deserve\u0219te centura municipiului Cluj-Napoca, respectiv pe 42 km de centur\u0103 exist\u0103 20 (dou\u0103zeci) de noduri rutiere, 34 km de drumuri de leg\u0103tur\u0103 \u0219i chiar 2 km de tunele!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00cen actuala propunere a proiectan\u021bilor pentru A8, similar exemplului de mai sus, tronsonul de 31 km Le\u021bcani-Ungheni are func\u021bia de \u0219osea de centur\u0103 pentru municipiul Ia\u0219i.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pe ace\u0219ti 31 km de centur\u0103 sunt prev\u0103zute 3 (trei!!!) noduri de acces! Unul la bariera Le\u021bcani, unul la intersec\u021bia cu DJ 282 (Rediu Horle\u0219ti) \u0219i unul la intersec\u021bia cu DN 24 (mai aproape de Sculeni dec\u00e2t de Ia\u0219i).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De ce la Cluj-Napoca se poate, dar la Ia\u0219i nu?!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00cen pofida tuturor solicit\u0103rilor autorit\u0103\u021bilor, ale politicienilor, ale organiza\u021biilor civice, ale comunit\u0103\u021bii de afaceri, \u00een pofida tuturor promisiunilor proiectan\u021bilor de a adapta acest proiect la realit\u0103\u021bile Zonei Metropolitane Ia\u0219i, nimic nu se \u00eent\u00e2mpl\u0103, nimic nu se modific\u0103, \u201ec\u00e2inii latr\u0103, caravana trece\u201d! Motiva\u021bia c\u0103 orice fel de modific\u0103ri ar temporiza \u0219i mai mult graficul de implementare este ridicol\u0103, iar ie\u0219enii sunt suficient de inteligen\u021bi ca s\u0103 \u00een\u021beleag\u0103 faptul c\u0103 ni se bag\u0103 pe g\u00e2t un proiect bazat pe filosofia p\u0103guboas\u0103 a lui \u201elas\u0103 ca merge \u0219i a\u0219a, s\u0103 fi\u021bi mul\u021bumi\u021bi \u0219i cu at\u00e2t\u201d!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nu exist\u0103 proiectare pentru leg\u0103tura facil\u0103, rapid\u0103 \u0219i accesibil\u0103 cu Aeroportul Ia\u0219i, cu Valea Lupului, cu cartierul Copou, cu Spitalul Regional. Nu exist\u0103 nod de leg\u0103tur\u0103 nici la intersec\u021bia cu DN 24C, drum strategic care asigur\u0103 circula\u021bia continu\u0103 pe malul Prutului, de la intrarea acestuia \u00een \u021bar\u0103 la R\u0103d\u0103u\u021bi Prut p\u00e2n\u0103 la Gala\u021bi \u0219i care deserve\u0219te zona de Nord a jude\u021bului Ia\u0219i &#8211; Vl\u0103deni, \u0218ipote, Bivolari, Trife\u0219ti, Probota &#8211; \u0219i zona de Sud-Est a jude\u021bului Boto\u0219ani &#8211; \u0218tef\u0103ne\u0219ti, Tru\u0219e\u0219ti, C\u0103l\u0103ra\u0219i, R\u0103useni &#8211; adic\u0103 accesul unui important bazin agroalimentar al Rom\u00e2niei \u00een care tr\u0103iesc peste 80.000 de cet\u0103\u021beni! Cum de altfel nu exist\u0103 un nod pentru istorica\u00a0 \u0219i importanta comun\u0103 Ruginoasa!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00cen condi\u021biile actualului stadiu al proiectului, vom avea pr\u0103p\u0103d la accesul prin nodul Le\u021bcani, centura va fi util\u0103 cel mult p\u00e2n\u0103 la nodul Rediu Horle\u0219ti, \u00een rest vom avea o autostrad\u0103 de centur\u0103 muzeu, iar adev\u0103rata centur\u0103 va r\u0103m\u00e2ne tot \u0219oseaua Rosetti.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">R\u0103m\u00e2ne astfel \u00een sarcina ie\u0219enilor \u0219i a autorit\u0103\u021bilor locale s\u0103 g\u0103seasc\u0103 solu\u021bii tehnice \u0219i financiare pentru viitoare drumuri \u0219i noduri de leg\u0103tur\u0103 care s\u0103 deserveasc\u0103 Aeroportul, Spitalul Regional \u0219i municipiul Ia\u0219i, care s\u0103 faciliteze circula\u021bia \u0219i accesul spre A8 \u0219i s\u0103 eficientizeze aceast\u0103 investi\u021bie!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dar aceasta va \u00eensemna \u00eenc\u0103 al\u021bi zeci de ani de eforturi imense, pierderi economice incalculabile, stres \u0219i timp pierdut din via\u021ba ie\u0219enilor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Prin urmare, comunitatea de afaceri, Camera de Comert \u0219i Industrie Ia\u0219i, solicit\u0103 imperativ \u0219i cu toat\u0103 fermitatea\u00a0 proiectan\u021bilor dar \u0219i autorit\u0103\u021bilor competente s\u0103 \u00ee\u0219i asume r\u0103spunderea unui proiect cu adev\u0103rat bine f\u0103cut, s\u0103 \u00ee\u0219i respecte f\u0103r\u0103 compromisuri statutul profesional, dar mai ales s\u0103 \u00eei respecte pe ie\u0219eni prin adoptarea urgent\u0103, \u00een ceasul al 12-lea, a unor solu\u021bii care s\u0103 fac\u0103 cu adev\u0103rat util\u0103 \u0219i eficient\u0103 Autostrada A8, a\u0219teptat\u0103 de mai bine de un sfert de secol!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Aceasta \u00eenseamn\u0103 un proiect profesionist care s\u0103 permit\u0103 circula\u021bia fluidizat\u0103 \u0219i optimizat\u0103, \u00een condi\u021bii decente, a celor 300.000 de cet\u0103\u021beni ai Ia\u0219ului, a celor aproape un milion de locuitori ai jude\u021bului Ia\u0219i, a celor 2,5 milioane pasageri ai Aeroportului Ia\u0219i precum \u0219i a sutelor de operatori de transport din zona de acoperire a Autostr\u0103zii A8!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\"><strong>Colegiul de Conducere\u00a0<\/strong><strong>al Camerei de Comer\u021b \u0219i Industrie Ia\u0219i<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00cen spa\u021biul public \u0219i civic este exprimat\u0103 din ce \u00een ce mai mult revolta cet\u0103\u021benilor&#8230; <a class=\"meta-more\" href=\"https:\/\/infois.ro\/?p=77002\">more <span class=\"meta-nav\">&raquo;<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":77003,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[6,41],"tags":[74,11463,1188,11246,40,3112,4219],"aioseo_notices":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/infois.ro\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/posts\/77002"}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/infois.ro\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/posts"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/infois.ro\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/types\/post"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/infois.ro\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/users\/2"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/infois.ro\/index.php?rest_route=%2Fwp%2Fv2%2Fcomments&post=77002"}],"version-history":[{"count":1,"href":"https:\/\/infois.ro\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/posts\/77002\/revisions"}],"predecessor-version":[{"id":77005,"href":"https:\/\/infois.ro\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/posts\/77002\/revisions\/77005"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/infois.ro\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/media\/77003"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/infois.ro\/index.php?rest_route=%2Fwp%2Fv2%2Fmedia&parent=77002"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"category","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/infois.ro\/index.php?rest_route=%2Fwp%2Fv2%2Fcategories&post=77002"},{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/infois.ro\/index.php?rest_route=%2Fwp%2Fv2%2Ftags&post=77002"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
