Astfel, Centrul de Rela\u0163ii Clien\u0163i Ia\u015fi a fost amenajat \u015fi organizat pentru o interac\u0163iune eficient\u0103 a clien\u0163ilor cu compania noastr\u0103\u201d, declar\u0103 Dan Morari, director general al E.ON Energie Rom\u00e2nia. Relocarea Centrului de Rela\u0163ii Clien\u0163i din Ia\u015fi, despre care clien\u0163ii vor fi \u00een\u015ftiin\u0163a\u0163i \u015fi prin intermediul unei scrisori, completeaz\u0103 demersurile companiei noastre de \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u0163ire a calit\u0103\u0163ii serviciilor. \u00cen ultimii ani, \u00een contextul cre\u015fterii num\u0103rului de consumatori casnici \u015fi a unor cerin\u0163e specifice ale acestora, o aten\u0163ie deosebit\u0103 a fost acordat\u0103 cre\u015fterii num\u0103rului canalelor de \u00eencasare \u015fi a diversific\u0103rii acestora.
