Totodat\u0103, Prim\u0103ria Municipiului Ia\u0219i a f\u0103cut demersuri pentru contactarea unui constructor care s\u0103 execute lucr\u0103rile de repara\u021bii capitale la pasajul \u201eAlexandru cel Bun\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201eDin coresponden\u021ba cu SC Geiger Transilvania SRL a reie\u0219it faptul c\u0103 aceast\u0103 companie nu a dorit s\u0103 accepte condi\u021biile Prim\u0103riei \u0219i ale proiectantului, adic\u0103 s\u0103 etapizeze lucr\u0103rile \u00een a\u0219a fel \u00eenc\u00e2t acestea s\u0103 nu duc\u0103 la restric\u021bionarea complet\u0103 a circula\u021biei \u00een zon\u0103. Dup\u0103 solu\u021bionarea acestor diferen\u021be de abordare, contractul va fi semnat, \u00eens\u0103, iar lucr\u0103rile vor demara \u00een func\u021bie de necesit\u0103\u021bile ora\u0219ului \u0219i ale locuitorilor afecta\u021bi direct, iar nu de interesele companiei\u201d, precizeaz\u0103 reprezentan\u021bii municipalit\u0103\u021bii \u00eentr-un comunicat.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Potrivit expertizelor tehnice realizate, Pasajul \u201eAlexandru cel Bun\u201d nu prezint\u0103 deterior\u0103ri structurale \u0219i nu exist\u0103 niciun risc pentru siguran\u021ba circula\u021biei. Lucr\u0103rile vor include reabilitarea pasajului \u0219i consolidarea zidurilor de sprijin din rampele de acces. \u00cen momentul \u00een care vor fi demarate, lucr\u0103rile de repara\u021bii vor fi \u00eemp\u0103r\u021bite \u00een dou\u0103 etape: \u00een prima etap\u0103 vor fi f\u0103cute interven\u021bii asupra p\u0103r\u021bilor structurale \u00eengropate, care nu vor afecta circula\u021bia, iar \u00een a doua se va lucra la suprastructur\u0103, calea de rulare a tramvaielor \u0219i carosabil.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pasajul a fost construit \u00een perioada 1977 &#8211; 1980 de Grupul de \u0218antiere Drumuri \u0219i Poduri Ia\u0219i, \u00een baza unui proiect tehnic \u00eentocmit de Institutul de Cercet\u0103ri \u0219i Proiect\u0103ri \u201eMoldova\u201d Ia\u0219i. Pasajul are o lungime de 521,85 metri.
