Acesta ar urma s\u0103 fie \u00eenfiin\u0163at \u00een spa\u0163iul unui punct termic dezafectat, din cartierul Cantemir. Amenajarea spa\u0163iului va fi f\u0103cut\u0103 de municipalitate. \u00a0\u00cen cadrul centrului, locatarii \u015fi administratorii se vor putea informa \u00een leg\u0103tur\u0103 cu legisla\u0163ia \u00een domeniu \u015fi procedurile corecte de repartizare a cheltuielilor \u00een cadrul condominiului. Ac\u0163iunile ce urmeaz\u0103 s\u0103 fie implementate au reie\u015fit \u00een urma discu\u0163iilor care au avut loc \u00een cursul acestei s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2ni, \u00een cadrul \u0219edin\u021bei Comitetului Opera\u0163ional, organism care reune\u015fte reprezentan\u0163ii Prim\u0103riei, ANRSC, administratorilor de asocia\u0163ii \u015fi a firmelor de repartitoare din municipiu. \u201dExist\u0103 numeroase probleme \u015fi \u00eencerc\u0103m s\u0103 responsabiliz\u0103m administratorii, pentru a se implica mai mult \u00een via\u0163a condominiului, s\u0103 nu se limiteze doar la defalcarea cheltuielilor. Am propus demararea de verific\u0103ri ale instala\u0163iilor interioare ale blocurilor, \u00een\u015ftiin\u0163area proprietarilor cu centrale de apartament c\u0103 trebuie periodic s\u0103 le fac\u0103 revizia tehnic\u0103. \u00cen plus se constat\u0103 la nivelul asocia\u0163iilor de proprietari lipsa planurilor de m\u0103suri \u00een cazul situa\u0163iilor de urgen\u0163\u0103. Nu exist\u0103 planuri de evacuare \u015fi nici dot\u0103rile necesare pentru stingerea incendiilor\u201d, a declarat viceprimarul Mihai Chirica. Reamintim c\u0103, potrivit legii, pentru a putea ocupa func\u021bia de administrator al unei asocia\u021bii de proprietari, persoana \u00een cauz\u0103 trebuie s\u0103 fie atestat\u0103 de c\u0103tre Prim\u0103rie.
